The Lost Arc Cafe - Rhayader - Photo album

Excellent service, lots of great vegan options, mains and deserts. I had the falafel, most excellent though the wrap was a little large and unwieldy. The Victoria sponge was nice and moist.
Fantastic café with amazing food. We ordered welsh rarebit and goat's cheese quiche. Both were very tasty and reasonably priced. Went back following 2 mornings for breakfast. Would highly recommend the pancakes with berries, coconut yogurt and maple syrup. Oh, and make sure you try the smoothies as
We found this place having walked along the river from the campsite. Popped in at lunchtime. There was a friendly welcome and we were invited to select a place to sit. I had a delicious Welsh rarebit and my wife had a quiche which she thoroughly enjoyed. The side salads to both dishes were very good

What a fantastic place, great atmosphere, great food and fantastic, friendly staff. All this and dog friendly too. We're from Manchester, this is our second visit, each time we've managed to miss the music. Has to be third time lucky! We'll be back, and hopefully this time catch some live music. Th
Just wow! What a lucky find this was! I had seen it on Google maps and on Luckycow (the vegan app) but those things didn’t really give much clue as to what a real treasure the place actually is. We found it in the end by chance, following our noses down a side street. Wonderful venue, wonderful staf
Found by chance, but we will definitely be back. Stunning food in the lovely garden. Fresh coffee and such a tasty roast dinner. The staff were so kind and helpful and made my son an awesome sandwich off the menu. Thank you again for making our day out even more special.
We prebooked for a Vegan 🌱 breakfast and managed to grab a late lunch on Father's Day (reservations recommended). The place was very busy and you can see why. Food was delicious, fresh, healthy and very reasonably priced. Service was efficient, welcoming, accommodating and professional. The ambience
We went to the café today and loved it! Especially the amazing soup.... Miso barley and cabbage.... absolutely incredible. Carry on... I would have loved to have dipped in to some of the advertised events too but I was just passing by
What a find. Struggling to find a Sunday lunch for vegans and vegetarians, this place found room for us, made us very welcome and supplied some excellent roast dinners. To be recommended
Delightful, well worth the detour, a great stop off point if taking the scenic route from north to south Wales. The breakfast baps where delicious x
Absolutely amazing breakfast - eggs and sausages were clearly locally sourced and just perfect 🫶🏻. Parking right outside making it a convenient stop off for any through journey. Hope to pop in again when passing
Great café with reasonably priced delicious dishes. They don't skimp on the servings or service:)
Called in for Brekky before our journey home to Cambridgeshire. Food was spot on and left very full. We had stayed on the Wyeside camping and Caravan club site only 10 mins walks 😉 Dog friendly and very human friendly 😁
Excellent traditional full breakfast. High quality ingredients perfectly cooked. Very realistic price. Very nice caring and considerate staff. Went back for coffee and cake. My first impressions confirmed.
A wonderful, charming cafe in beautiful surroundings with friendly, attentive staff. Did not book beforehand and they informed us they were running short of dough but managed to fit us in. Tasty gorgeous pizzas on Fridays. They also have an extensive range of cakes all vegan friendly and good coffe
Fantastic food and such a great atmosphere. The cakes are just to die for, lots of amazing vegan food too which is such a treat after a week of standard pub chip dinners.
We stopped here on a looong drive home from camping in the Brecon beacons and it was delightful!! We had their Sunday roasts (both meat and vegan) which were delicious. Also had the ice cream sundae which was very yummy! We finished with a little stroll along the river before heading off; miles bett
