The Turks Head - Retford - Photo album

This was an exciting pub to visit, set in a glorious ancient building and having an old-school design! This is also welcoming through the Beach Bar imagery, classic signs are worthy and the counter is well-presented. I enjoyed some cheap Guinness and pool was so affordable and fun, me and my friend
Great little pub. Hasnโ€™t changed in years which is brilliant. Actually the one thing that has changed is the beer - itโ€™s a lot better kept these days. Had a great pint of landlord. Classic old pub highly recommend
A lovely traditional pub with a friendly atmosphere, staff are excellent and drinks are a really fair price.
A friendly local pub, I don't think they do food though. It's dog friendly and serves real ale so that'll do for me!
Retford most unspoilf pub! A gem, Tim Taylor's Landlord superb.
Very happy with the food Best Indian lve had Nice people good service all 10 served at same time so had a bit of wait but we'll worth it.Will go again.
Great 'local' atmosphere. Enjoyed 3 excellent pints of Landlord. First was a little cloudy, the bar staff made a point of coming across to offer to change it but as the taste was good and it had a good body I stuck with it. Pints 2 and 3 beautifully clear. Will certainly return when next visiting my
Wonderful heritage pub. Plenty of wood panels. Three real ales. Rocking Rudolph 4.2 excellent condition. Great place to relax. Highly Recommended
Good traditional pub
Great original 1930's interior. Music a little loud but it was a Saturday evening. Good beer.
Really good karaoke on Friday night's, bar staff are welcoming and friendly and the regulars are really good singers , and very friendly. The sound system is the best I've heard in a long time, worth going to for a good night out
Best pub we have visited for ages, lovely friendly service and even went the extra yard to make the coffee one of our group asked for. If your passing call in you won't regret it!!!๐Ÿ˜๐Ÿ˜๐Ÿ˜
Lovely traditional pub.nice revamped beer garden.good service.friendly.helpful staff.not many pubs left like this.its a little gem.great cocktails too.
A proper, traditional pub with good beer and good service. Wood panelling, copper table tops, open fire, plenty of brass. Old-fashioned but well maintained - a gem.
Wonderful real ale pub. Friendly atmosphere and some reasonably eccentric customers. Every one should visit at least twice just to make sure you got it right the first time.
