Delicious Indian food..we were here for dinner on our way tkGalsgow from Fort Williams.
Absolutely delighted to dine here. We indulged in chaats ( Indian tangy snacks). Tried samosa, Paani poori, cutting chai and aloo tikki. Yummylicious 😀

We celebrated birthday party with some friends here, ordered dal makhni and kadhai paneer. The taste was typical North Indian spicy and thick. Not to forget must try malai soya chaap and kurkuri bhindi.
Among the many Indian restaurants we tried in Glasgow, I'd rate Green Gates as the best in terms of taste and authenticity to the recipes.
The taste is consistent on repeat visits as well.
Amazing food and amazing rustic ambience. Great selection of drinks in the bar and the main showstopper was the Pistachio Kulfi! Amazingly fresh ingredients and the texture was just perfect. I would highly recommend. Would visit again when I am back in Glasgow.
The best indian restaurant I’ve ever had food in UK. Taste is really authentic, friendly staff & owner, beautiful decor and amazing food. Ordered Paneer tikka, samosa, daal makhani, kadhai paneer, garlic naan. Loved everything we ordered. Gulab jamun was soul satisfying.
Fantastic Indian Restaurant!
Headed there as a family in a Saturday evening and warmly welcomed. Great access for wheelchairs too. Food was delicious and time to wait between courses was ideal. Plate sizes were big (definitely go when you are hungry!) and flavour was just that wee bit better than st
I often visit Green Gates with friends and family. This restaurant has lovely ambience and food is just awesome. The staff is very nice and friendly. I would definitely recommend it and it's a 10/10.
The food is great, esp. the indo-chinese cooked by their head chef on special days. Do try the Manchurian and soya chaap - full of flavours. The staff is helpful too.
The only downside is - check the bill before you pay ( and don't, I repeat, don't trust them if they say they will adjust it next tim

One of our go to restaurants when it comes to good Indian food. They never fail to impress us with their delectable options. I’d highly recommend this place.
I have been to all the indian restuarants and believe me, they serve the best indian authenticate food in Glasgow. I would highly recommend it if you are craving for best Indian cuisine.
The owner (Tarun) is friendly and make sure you get the best of all the flavors.
The food was pleasant but the dal tadka turned out to be really bad. We informed the owner who came for feedback and he proactively replaced it with another dish without charging us the money. I really appreciate the corrective step taken by the owner.
Malai soya chaap was the highlight of the rest
Visited for the first time today as a result of a personal recommendation. Very impressed with the quality and quantity of the food. Staff were friendly and attentive. Will visit again and a great find in the area.

Have been to Green Gates many times and never been disappointed with the food. This review is after several visits , hence they do maintain the quality. Main dishes aren't overly peperred with spices and are well balanced. They have good variety of starters, tandoori fish being my favourite. Prices

Super Delicious taste and amazing staff with great hospitality. We were so surprise with their complementary soup which was best and the also we tries malai kulfi it was simply awesome.. Must try Indian restaurant in glasgow.
