We couldn’t stop visiting during our time in Reeth and were fortunate to be first up for their new takeaway pizzas. Fresh, tasty and cooked to order, a great way to round off our trip 🥰
Just an all-round excellent place with truly delicious sourdough and my personal favourite breakfast heaven - mushrooms in creme freche on toast. Now they've branched out into sourdough pizzas on a Thursday night - what could be better, I can't keep away ❤️
Absolutely LOVE the sourdough bread here. Genuinely the best great I've had for frankly as long as I can think of. Also great soup, service, tea, immediate fan and would make it a must visit when I'm next in the area!
Went in after a medium length hike with friends around lunchtime, the service was excellent, the staff were very friendly and there was an excellent selection of baked goods, I had a spinach and goats cheese pie that was absolutely divine with a double shot latte, the coffee was also decent quality, the place itself is very affordable which is more than welcome in a rural area!
Along with The Burgoyne, the best experience in Reeth. Beautiful, home-made produce with great vegan options, including a lovely Mediterranean veg pie with excellent pastry, beautiful and authentic focacchia, and a well-balanced chocolate cake. Staff were lovely and friendly, and made us a little device to spread our piccalilli on the train home!
I'm actually sat in the cafe now. I've had the most delicious sausage roll and a lovely cup of tea. I was also offed a taster of Christmas cake. Absolutely gorgeous. Highly recommend this cafe. Very welcoming.

A quick stop, but an excellent find: Cinnamon Swirl worth the wait from warming up! Don’t drive past this Coffee Shop/Bakery (on the Gunnerside Road)! Highly recommended!
Outstanding. Coffee is from a local roaster, and the baked goods (baked on site) are so fresh and tasty they're irresistible. Get here early enough to have a cinnamon bun -- beautiful to look at and delicious.
Inside, it's comfortable, airy, clean, and friendly. Decor and smells of fresh baking made me feel like I was sitting in a café in Denmark. Staff are welcoming and helpful.
Just finished lunch ⇒ now 5 stars.
