I cannot fault this place. The staff are always fantastic and happy to help with anything. I am coeliac meaning I cannot eat gluten, their menu has gluten free options and they are always happy to change bits and bobs if needed. The food is always insanely good and I always leave feeling nicely full! This place is mine and my boyfriends happy place and I couldn't recommend enough!
We had a super lunch at the Dial house today, would definitely recommend the BBQ carrots and the roasted salmon. You have to leave room for the wonderful desserts, as my friend said the Lavender brûlée with rye, blackberries and yogurt was the best dessert she has eaten, and the strawberries with chai were very tasty. Will definitely be going back! Staff very friendly and helpful. Thanks.
Superb place. Efficient, knowledgeable and friendly staff. The food is always excellent. I've had lunch, Sunday lunch, afternoon tea and morning coffee here over a few months. All have been top quality. Good portions , well presented and a varied menu. What a gem in the middle of a beautiful town.
We called at Dial House yesterday, 14th October. They were quite busy but found room for my wife and I in the garden room. We had afternoon tea, with a cheese scone and a fruit scone! Delicious! The place is amazing, the stafff very friendly, attentive and chatty. Without being asked they topped up our teapot with hot water! That must be a first. I was tempted to have a piece of their beautiful cake, but resisted.
Maybe I shall have to return soon to sample the cake! Thank you.
My Husband took me to the Dial House in Reepham for my birthday 14/1/2017. From pulling up outside in the taxi to our return it was a truly fabulous night. The staff were amazing, nothing was too much trouble, the food was some of the best I've eaten, can highly recommend the guinea fowl. Even the toilets were magnificent each decorated individually. We will definitely be recommending to our friends and will be returning ourselves. Thank you x
Beautiful building and very quirky decor. We stayed in the Africa suite and it is top notch. Lovely friendly well trained polite staff. Breakfast was excellent as was the evening meal. Will definitely return and recommend
Absolutely amazing place! We stayed in the Africa room which was just beautifully decorated. It felt so luxurious. Such a treat for a special night away. Everything about our visit was perfect. Breakfast in the morning was superb. We shall definitely be back!!! Would definitely recommend. Outstanding!
What a gem - so pleased to have discovered this Hotel and Restaurant. We had a very enjoyable overnight stay booked as a surprise birthday treat. The staff were so welcoming and friendly. A nice touch to have complimentary tea and cake on arrival. The interior is quirky and interesting as well as very comfortable. We had a delicious evening meal and breakfast. Excellent customer service. Thank you to the Dial House team for making our visit so pleasurable. We will certainly be returning.
What an absolute gem we've found! We go out every Sunday for a roast and I've been wanting to go here for ages, it didn't disappoint. Me and my husband had the belly pork which was delicious, the kids had the pasta option.. Both had empty bowls. The Sauvignon Blanc New Zealand was very good I had two
Staff were friendly, attentive.
You'll definitely be seeing us again.
Absolutely lovely service good food excellent and staff very friendly and a very unusual setting for a wedding reception in fact we have booked afternoon tea on Saturday because we love the place so much and the home baking is wonderful x
Lovely place. Had a really nice afternoon tea and the staff looked after us very well!
We had the best birthday get away at The Dial House. We stayed in the Africa room which was decorated beautifully. We also brought our dog along with us and the hotel was very dog friendly and even provided dog food bowls and a bed for our pooch. Very easy to access your room via keypads. We were given £10 each to spend at Bread Source in the morning. This is a bakery type breakfast offering an assortment of pastries, rolls and tarts. If you are wanting a full breakfast this is not the place for you (but there is a cafe across the road where you could get one). The hotel was clean, tidy and quiet. The location was fantastic as it was calm and quiet, there are small shops dotted around and a quiet pub opposite the hotel. Was perfect for dog walking in the morning as only a short walk to a large field.
The only downsides were that the mattress was extremely soft however I understand this is down to personal taste. Furthermore, the curtains in the room did not fully block out sunlight so I woke up early as a result. Check in is at 4pm and check out is 10am which is not usual for hotels (usually 3pm and 11am respectively), however I think the extra 2 hours would have been more attractive (who wants to wake up and leave a hotel room at 10am?). I understand you can request a later checkout time however I believe this should just come as standard.

We were cycling on the North Sea Coast Cycle Path. The weather was bad and we had to stay overnight for two nights. That didn't bother us at all because this hotel is a wonderful B&B hotel. Each room is decorated differently. We spent one night in the Italian room and one night in the print room. The design of the rooms is very luxurious and the details are chosen with love. The materials of the furniture and fabrics are high quality. The rooms are spotlessly clean and very well maintained. There is a café in the house. There are very tasty sweet pieces there. You can get breakfast there. The hotel and the rooms are opened with a code. the owner made sure that the transmission went smoothly. She was very nice and accommodating and always available. Thank you for a really great stay.
We stayed for two nights in the China room with our son and pup. Plenty of space, did not smell of previous pets at all. Everything about the room was beautiful, from the mugs to wine glasses, bedding etc it was just beautifully and thoughtfully put together. This is no ordianry B&B, this is a luxury B&B with a hotel feel. Thank you Lauren! We'll be back for sure!
We missed our original booking due to our car breaking down. The team did everything they could to rebook us and ensure we had a great time. The room was very clean and beautifully detailed with all the amenities needed. The check in process was easy and independent. Easy to park too. The breakfast at bread source covered gluten free and vegan options. A beautiful gem in the lovely town of Reepham.
Lovely for breakfast with friends. Delicious pastries with coffee. Tables spaced out nicely, not crammed together. Lovely fireplace.
Stayed the night. Loved the room, disappointed with a small coffee in the bakery as the only breakfast option is £10 to spend on bread . Unable to heat a sausage roll. Expensive quirky option in attractive Reepham
Recently stayed at The Dial House for my wife's birthday. We only stayed one night but would highly recommend to anyone. The Sunday roast was delicious with an excellent range of wines (including fine wines), staff were attentive and very switched on. We stayed in the Africa room which was a stunning room with a bath at the bottom of the bed, it was extremely clean with a lot of interesting trinkets. It was extremely comfortable and the evening board on a Sunday had a good range of cheese's and the bottle of red was very tasty as well. Breakfast was excellent and the checkout process was simple.
I'd give it 5*'s across the board and would definitely return.
I took my mum here for breakfast for her birthday (she loves a breakfast) one Saturday morning and we had a lovely experience.
The food and service were all excellent, whilst being quite reasonably priced.
I look forward to returning at some point just with Mrs T. for some lunch or dinner.
Fantastic and Unique…the staff, the venue and the delicious food!
All of 5 of us really enjoyed our meals.
Staff were friendly, attentive and professional. The building was quirky and beautiful. Would definitely recommend and return!
Amazing food at 'Bread Source' with vegan and gluten free options catered for.
Beautiful accommodation. Very helpful staff. Would stay there again.
We were two couples who stayed overnight and had Sunday lunch.
First, the 3-course lunch. We were in a bit of a hurry and the staff went out of their way to accommodate us. We pre-ordered our meal and were seated 15 minutes before the official opening time. Our starters came straight away followed by mains. We didn't feel at all rushed, but the staff were so efficient and geared up for our need to get away on time, that we even had time for desert! All thanks to the staff going out of their way to accommodate us. As for the food, it was fabulous. Very tasty and well presented. I would definitely dine here again.
Now the room/overnight stay. The quirky rooms are spacious, comfortable and, in a word, fabulous. We stayed in RAJ. Plenty of room to sit and read, amazing bath and shower and a huge comfortable bed. Our companions stayed in ITALY and said the same as us. We would all love to go back and are planning when we will do that.
The continental breakfast was good although took a long time which was fine for us as (unlike the lunch) we weren't in a hurry.
On top of the food and room, the staff at this hotel were all friendly and polite and went out of their way to ensure we had a brilliant stay - which we did!
Was very lucky to have the opportunity to stay. What a beautiful place, the lady who greeted me was an absolute wonder, she couldn’t be more pleasant and accommodating. The rooms are truly fantastic- each and everyone themed with style.
Thank you for making my stay, just like your hotel, beautiful.
Hopeless staff...Raw food (Burger) served, took it personally back to kitchen, whereupon the chef agreed and deposited into the bin with no apology. Apparently the same issue happened again to a dinner later that evening, unbelievable!!.....stickly table surfaces, chairs not fit for purpose.
Short version of breakfast......waited 40mins....shocking....
I booked a surprise valentines day stay for my wife at the Dial House and cannot thank everyone enough for making it a truly memorable occasion. From start to finish - it's just a fantastic place to be and stay. The food is amazing. I had the steak, my wife pork belly (not her, the food!) Cannot fault anything. The chefs were superb. Attention to detail is really appreciated. Thank you to George and the gang for their friendly and professional service. We will be back again soon.
Really unique place, beautiful thematically furnished rooms, all beautiful and cosy. The whole place is full with antique furniture that you can actually buy and take it home. There is a antique shop also with nice stuff if you like antique/retro stuff. Friendly staff and good value for money. Amazing food served at the restaurant. We loved the whole experience and the small village. The whole area is amazing and there are really nice places to visit no mater the season.
