I’m not really one for leaving online reviews but I actually found something worth raving about-
I tried the Tuna Fish Sauce and was majorly impressed. I opted for frozen on this occasion as it was most convenient for me but was pleased with the delivery time so would consider fresh next time.
It’s got a good thick consistency which coated the pasta nicely so you can add as much or little pasta as needed and it was ready in minutes.
It’s naturally gluten, dairy and sugar free and as someone who likes to eat ‘clean’ I was really pleased to see no additives either. The flavours are perfectly balanced. It’s lightly spicy but not overwhelming.
I’m looking forward to trying the other authentic Italian options on their menu 😋
Absolutely delicious, healthy, comforting soul food!! Made even better by the fact that it’s all gluten free with no sugars or additives!
I am a vegetarian and was delighted at the range of different meals that are vegan/vegetarian.
My partner is a meat eater so the fact we can keep the freezer stocked with a variety of good, healthy food to suit us both is perfect- really suits us with such ease of cooking!
We had the E Fagioli pasta sauce which was full of Italian flavours and packed with goodness (beans for protein, loads of vegetables)
And the white bean chilli which was stunning- had delicious earthy flavours with a real kick and left me feeling full of goodness!!

Definitely rates as one of the tastiest pre-prepared meals I’ve had. Meals are delivered frozen so you just take them out 24 hours in advance and reheat. Wonderful flavours, deliciously tasty and just the right amount of herbs and spices. We’ve now tried the Beef Bourguignon, Sumatran Lamb Curry, Caribbean Chicken Curry, Chhole and various rices, all absolutely delicious, no additives and calorie counted! Easy to order and prompt delivery. Thoroughly recommend .
Prompt delivery and excellent friendly and helpful service. We had 3 different main dishes and 4 of the rice dishes on offer. The food was deliciously and subtly spiced, very individual and
aromatic.This was extremely tasty, good value for money and a highly recommended delicious meal. Will definitely be ordering again.
Great tasting Italian food and easy to prepare. I’ve tried a few different dishes which have all been delicious. The customer service has also been awesome. I particularly like the that the food is gluten free with no sugars or additives :)

Hi - as a big fan of Good Food Inc, it's time I left a review, given all the great food of theirs I've indulged in.
I recently tried the E Fagioli frozen pasta sauce. As a homeworking, home schooling mum of two young children, meal planning for my partner and I is that last thing I can be bothered to think about at the moment. I'm looking for holy grail of something that is quick and easy, tasty but healthy too.
The pasta sauce, I'm pleased to say, met this need and more. It was delicious! Unlike shop bought pasta sauces, there are no sugars or additives, and while my attempts at Veganuary failed dismally thanks to lockdown, this pasta sauce is suitable for vegans and vegetarians. It's also gluten-free.
And here's the best bit - no effort was required on my part... Defrost for 24 hours and the sauce cooks on the hob in the same time as the pasta. Result!
Ordered this evening, ABSOLUTELY AMAZING FOOD, ordered the Caribbean chicken which was to die, tender and succulent. All day every day chicken was amazing....coleslaw amazing and the naan was lush! Definitely ordering again!
Absolutely stunning food delivered straight to my door. Tasted so fresh and still hot when I sat down to eat. Beautifully presented in good quality take away boxes. Highly recommend anybody to try this and support local produce. Robin
we are VERY happy with the food we ordered, 3 curries and the chilli ,
some of the nicest curries we have ever had , my daughter said the naan was the best she had ever had.
