Stop off here on your way, up country, or down, to mooch around Redruth and enjoy a very special station buffet!
Lovely place for breakfast. The owner was very friendly and nothing was too much trouble. I had a full English breakfast, despite it not being on the menu; the cafe can get busy at times, so full breakfast is only available when the owner has time. The place was quiet when I visited and the food was great. I sat in the seat that Jenny Agutter had sat in when she visited! There is a sign and a framed, signed photo marking the spot. Books available in the little library section. What a nice old-fashioned, typically English cafe. Many thanks for making me so welcome.

Absolutely fabulous place, visited 3 years ago when I was looking for somewhere to live, went for breakfast and was made very welcome, and still visiting most days in the week, as I found a home up the road.
Delicious food is prepared and nothing is too much trouble, she is very kind and caring, and lots of people visit and return. I would recommend a visit for the fabulous food, service and a very friendly welcome.

Cosy and welcoming cafe with good value prices. Extremely friendly staff - very accommodating. Books to read and excellent service. I've been several times and would definitely go again. Highly recommended.
