We booked a table in advance, and I'm glad we did. Sunday dinner was bust with plenty of others out to enjoy a family meal with their 'fur babies' The staff are all very pet friendly and give as much attention to the 4 legged as to us humans. The food on both menus (human and doggy) is both a hearty
We happened upon this wonderful place on our journey back to our holiday home, we received a warm welcome from Amber and was promptly given menus and a lovely spot with clean table. There was more than enough choice with the menu's however, me and the wife both chose the pil pil prawns dish, we were
We went on a Sunday so it was carvery day, although we when for the burgers and was not disappointed, to much for us to eat really, plenty of pulled pork, bacon and a fab lean burger. A very nice meal also the carvery looked fab and I thought the meals were averagely priced. We both were suffering f
We were staying locally and Nathan at the St Day Holiday park recommended the pub. It did not disappoint. The service was amazing and the food was really good. A good choice and a specials board too. I had the sizzling platter and it was excellent.
The staff are amazing, very welcoming and helpful. Very good place for dogs and a pint, but my main let down was the food as nothing stood out that much taste wise. It's quit a broad menu. We came over twice as we were staying close by for a break. There's free parking on site, outdoor seating if yo
First time here. Saturday lunchtime so it wasn't busy. But it's a big pub with plenty of seating inside and in the large garden,so I guess it could get busy especially in the tourist season. Good range of food and drinks and a special menu for dogs . ! Staff were very helpful and friendly. Very wel
Went here today with my family and 2 dogs. Very friendly staff and aweaome food. Portion sizes are great and the dogs are welcome inside too (on a lead of course). They have a doggy menu for the pooches and ours had some chicken and rice which was a decent portion size for only £3.50. Everyone made
Nice little pub. I've been here a few times. Food has always been good, and staff are pleasant enough, but the atmosphere is a bit 'stuffy'. I don't feel you could let your hair down and have a proper knees up here. But if you want a nice meal in quiet surroundings then this place is perfect.
Fantastic place to eat and the staff were absolutely spot on, the two ladies that served us, had the best attitude and were very attentive
Nice meal, with good service. I felt prices were a bit high for actual meals, I had fish and chips with peas and curry sauce. Fish was lovely, peas were warm in a small cardboard pot, which is what sauces are served in at other places.
