Lovely staff and great atmosphere. Great cakes and salads. The staff were very helpful and tried their best to cater for my gluten intolerant friend. Thank you for a lovely afternoon at West Central

Great atmosphere, best value in town, lovely staff and gorgeous coffee and cake. Their lavender and lemon cake is a must try and there are some very tasty healthy options. Even the little ones are catered for. Brilliant non profit comfy cafe. Dare i say you may have changed my coffee drinking allegiance forever. Your cinnamon and low cal-ramel lattes have tugged me away from other high street chains.

Very good quality, value for money, friendly staff and fast service. What else could you ask for when you only got 30 minuets for lunch.

Lovely staff and the best hot chocolate around. A nice little play area for the kids to play and explore. One of our favourites.

Even things that I hadn't thought I would need in a coffee shop, they've already thought of. An oasis if ever there was.

I just want to say Thank You!! My baby girl was born 8 weeks early and is in Neonatal at East Surrey.... The parents kitchen is filled with your donated teas, coffees and biscuits, allowing me, an exhausted, very emotional mummy, somewhere safe to sit and relax for as long as I need, whenever I need it! Thank You!! X

Just about our favourite place to eat, meet, drink and play, scrumptious food, brilliant children's brown bags, lovely little play area and friendly staff, always happy and chatty, who take time to acknowledge babies and toddlers, putting adults at ease. Wish they would open one in Dorking 😊Well done guys 🌟🌟

I don't think it's too pricey and it's a lovely coffee shop! My large filter coffee + sausage sandwich came to £4.05! It's always busy here which tells you it's good!!

I haven't actually been to the café, but they provide refreshments for the parent's room in the neonatal unit at East Surrey Hospital. We were moved to tears by the simple comforts of having hot drinks available while our babies are being treated!

Possibly the best hot chocolate I've ever had! And the vegan sausage rolls are delicious! The majority of staff are volunteers here, they all work so hard and always serve you with a smile. A hidden gem in Redhill Town Centre.

Absolutely top quality cafe! Comfy, lots of space, really well designed (lots of plugs and charging points). Good coffee and yummy food too. All wrapped together with fantastic staff (most of whom are volunteers). Can't recommend enough.

West Central is my favourite local coffee shop. The staff are always so friendly and even remember my order (shows I'm a regular). The coffee is so creamy and delicious (I usually go with a skinny latte). The prices are reasonable compared to the coffee shop chains. I would definitely recommend West Central if you are near by wanting a coffee to sit in or take away ☕

Lovely buzz food is always lovely. Service is friendly and quick. They have a wide range of drinks and food. It's a grate place to go to meet up with friends and family and young children are more than welcome with a play area inside with lots of toys for them to choose from.

Good service, clean, atmosphere is always vibrant and the perfect place for families or a quick bite to eat when working. The chef prepares gluten free food very carefully and the coffee is top notch. I love coming here.

Excellent food, large variety of drinks, friendly and helpful staff, wheelchair accessible (plus toilet). A great play area for little ones which spills into the seating area at the back and yet calm and peaceful towards the front. Nice outside seating area with umbrellas. Highly recommended.

This is a good place to take kids as they have a play area at the back with a few toys for pretend play. They are a church community that cares and welcomes and I've been to a church service at the weekend and they were all very friendly. The coffee shop is open daily and provides coffees and bakery items. You don't have to be a churchy person to use the shop as it's a normal coffee shop in the week. They have savoury food too for lunch but unfortunately still no gluten free options. I'm still holding out hope for some gluten free sandwiches or potatoes or something! Otherwise I would go there more often.

West Central is a wonderful place with lovely food and great coffee. This coffee shop is great for kids as they have a kids play area in the far end of the shop, all ingredients they use is sourced from local farmers and businesses to support the town and they often have events from time to time. They're either private or public events. I always feel welcome and the staff is what makes my family and I return.
