Really enjoyed our visit to Mcdonald's Redditch Town Centre yesterday.Lovely food ,as usual.There is one person,Lorraine , never stops working, she cleaned our table immediately, fetched some Ketchup ,all with a smile.She was clearing tables, picking up litter ,mopping the floor and very ob

Full of people, however my order came seconds after I ordered it. My order wasn't particularly small either; A 6 Chicken nugget and medium fries ( as a meal ) and Diet coke. I think they even gave me an extra chicken nugget! Lovely staff also. Overall a great McDonald's
Great place lovely food. The lady that's in their all the time cleaning and looking out for the kids is brilliant. The staff are friendly too and very prompt. Downside is it's small so dinner time is hectic and not likely to get a seat
Hi we visited this McDonald’s today and had a great experience the young lady was very helpful and never stop working cleaning table , taking food to the table and generally keeping the place very clean the young ladies name was Calais

Busy restaurant, but still served quickly. Food was the normal quality you’d expect from McDonald’s
Used the app for the first time, not bad! Normal good quality breakfast items between the 5 of us! Think we had nearly all on the menu, LOL
Always pleasant & happy staff at this store! Good to see them using the government guidelines on Covid-19, on social distancing for customers and staff alike. Takeaway & delivery service only because of lockdown reviewed (16/11/2020)
Waited ages for my drink only to be told they didnt have the base required to make it. Gave me upgrade on my chosen alternative and gave me a free desert for the wait. Food was still piping hot when I eventually got my full order. Cant fault the customer service.
