Great lunch with the family, staff were really helpful and fab location and views from the restaurant. Enjoyed some delicious pizzas and a couple of drinks. Will definitely visit again.

Love this cocktail lounge! Excellent atmosphere, great for a summer outdoor vibe, and lovely inside too! Oh and a new first floor addition is also opening up. Highly recommend it. Ps great food too! I had an halloumi burger! Yum. Oh and the sweet potato chips (as an option) are probably the best I've ever tasted :)
Lovely staff here. I was new to the area looking for property to rent. Spoke to a lovely girl ( think her name was Jodie, ) glasses.and tattoos, she was lovely and told me where the nice areas are and where I can visit whilst staying in area.

A good vibe in the place, visited here a couple of times through the week now, with some work colleagues.
I really want to love this place - it's a fantastic effort to make something a little better in Redcar - one of the nicest looking café bars in the town and in a fantastic spot. However, as somewhere to go for a bite at lunchtime it has flaws.
There's only one person making the pizzas and there's limited oven space, so the wait can be excruciating - last time I was there it was 1 hour and 15 minutes (after being warned it would be half an hour).
When it arrived, it was decent, and a lot better than you'll find in most of the rest of the town, but unless you're truly prepared for the wait, I really wouldn't bother.
I can comment on it as a bar, but it does *look* the part.
We called in the Beacon lounge bar one hot Saturday afternoon and really enjoyed it .We found a table inside the bar although there was plenty of seating outside and then ordered our drinks at the bar.The barmen were smart and tidy and actually wore black ties,nice to see and the service was quick.The hardworking waitress bought our coffees over and you could see she was loving the job.There was some food being cooked and also a mobile fish shop outside,Its in an ideal position right on the prom under the vertical pier.You can't miss it.We Would definitely call again.

Lovely views of Redcar beach. Great atmosphere for a weekend was busy. Staff really helpful and friendly.
The food was amazing, we had 3 different pizzas on our table and all of them were outstanding. Great flavour, toppings and base!
The cocktails were lovely and made very well.
To top it off the staff were all very friendly, helpful and made our visit so much more enjoyable.

Stumbled on this place on first visit to Redcar in early March 2023. Tasty Sourdough pizza and drink for £10-12. Bargain and absoluty worth it. Visited two consecutive nights during the week so fairly quiet. Josh and Charlie serving us were friendly and helpful. Thank you.
