Celebrated my birthday here last night, can't praise the place enough. The food was and service were great. All staff polite and attentive. Would recommend to try if you ever come to Redcar, especially the lunch 2 course special for £6.95 or the evening 2 course special for £9.95.
All seven people in our party loved every choice of food that we ordered from the potato skins to the tuna salad starters and the fillet steak (cooked to perfection) to the Cajun chicken(for my fussy friend) and the beef stroganof or lemon chicken mains. Not one of us was disappointed. The young waitress who served us was delightful too. Thank you.

Best way to keep a 4 year old happy, let them make their own pizza, brilliant.
Totally gorgeous food as per usual . Highly recommend coming here for a meal , the staff are lovely and friendly . We shall be back again soon to enjoy another great meal
Went to Armando’s restaurant last night. Food was excellent, service really good and food timing was perfect. I can’t believe the prices, really affordable to all pockets. Fully recommend a visit.

I maybe go to armandos too much. Sometimes 3 times in a week at least. Specials is worth the visit.
I did notice though on recent visit that the price has gone up by £1 on both specials daytime and evening and that some courses had been removed from the specials which is a shame. Cant say i wont end up there again cos id be lying.
Fantastic little restaurant on Redcar High Street. We had the pate to start which was fine and for mains parmos. I had hotshot which was really nice, finally someone who puts different chilli's on top not just jalapeños. Got one of the orders wrong but this was quickly resolved. good service polite and quick.
Arancini balls starter and hot shot parmo. Couldn't finish it so provided a take away box. 16.95 for 2 courses 👌

Family meal, 8 in total. Overall not a bad experience. Probably would go again but it does have its bad points depending on your personal preference. It is very loud and this killed the atmosphere for me, I don't like having to raise my voice over the music or in this case just the general volume. We ordered a selection of starters and mains and they were for the most part as you would expect. Chicken dishes were well cooked and all tue pasta both lasagne and spaghetti were cook slightly over but still very nice, garlic bread with cheese was a little underwhelming and needed more cheese, steak was well cooked as requested but could have benefitted from another 5min resting. Biggest issue ( and I've added a pic) was the chipped and cracked ramekin of limp salad that the choose to serve with the mains, this would have been better placed in a larger sharing bowl for our numbers . I'm always critical of any eateries which serve food in or on damaged crockery... its just not acceptable 😕 I think it will continue to be popular due to the alternatives but a little more attention to the little things would make a huge difference. If your looking for a relaxing meal as a couple I would say check your timings as it is very loud at times .
Great for gluten free options. They don't do gluten free pasta, unfortunately, which I think they could really benefit from, but the rice and risotto dishes are superb, with fabulous steaks and gorgeous sources.
Their desserts are really nice but I never have enough space to eat it. They also do really good cocktails, with two for £10, and because they're so big I think they're worth it.

The staff were great! The 7 of us went there a couple of times with no reservation but they always found a table for us (it was busy!). The food was also delicious!
Absolutely gem for Redcar. Food, service and atmosphere is fantastic. Staff are very friendly and polite. They have good knowledge of food and especially about gluten free foods within there menu.

Had a lovely meal, staff were efficientand friendly, unfortunately we were sat by the door on a very winding evening, they did say its the worse table, my thoughts, don't have it there at all, it really spoiled our evening, freezing cold from the moment we sat down until we left.
Had a very lovely meal here on 20th January. It was busy whilst we were but it is a popular restaurant. Staff were run off their feet but customer service was still excellent. Thank you Armandos
Great pizza's and garlic bread, they altered one of the dishes for me which was lovely, we ordered a child's pizza and they didn't hear properly and brought an adult one, so we ended up paying more.

The food was lovely, big portions and the interactive make your own pizza and chefs hat for the little one was a fun touch.

Lovely place. Thank you. Re-visited after 3 months. Chicken Stroganoff was something else, awesome flavours.! The pork parmo was the best I've ever had. Shame to find the salad bowl was chipped and cracked, not very hygienic for such an otherwise high standard restaurant.
