Amazing store with fabulous service, Priyanka the manager does not leave any request unheard. She goes above and beyond her role to give us what we want on every birthday. You a super ⭐️ You do not get this service at every store and she should be rewarded for this amazing customer service.

Wish I could give this place more stars, cakes are as soft as clouds, full of simply mouth watering flavours. the best ones in my opinion is the fruit and nut and the forest cake. What really sells the cakes though, is the customer service. The Workers go above and beyond in making the whole experie
Brilliant egg free birthday cakes, have ordered birthday cakes a lot of times from cake box. This was the first time having ordered from Reading & I'd definitely be back again. As always the cake was yummy, so soft & has a great taste just what you'd expect from a cake. Would definitely recommend.

I ordered a birthday cake online today with chocolate sponge but I got a victoria sponge instead. We got a bit disappointed because we all like the chocolate one. The cake was very fresh though.

Cake box has every time new something I tried their new caremal flavour with biscouf I love it and they have a polite staff they always welcoming their customers with smiling face 🌝 overall good customer service I will recommend others as well.
