Really enjoyed our visit to the casino and the restaurant.
The food cooked by head chef Mr Ahmed was spot on! By far the best food we have had, well seasoned and allot of flavour! Food came very quickly. We can’t sing any higher praises to Mr Ahmed and his staff.

Had works presentation, easy parking and sign in. Staff were friendly & explained layout of venue ie conference room, toilets, smoking area/terrace etc. Service was prompt & food very tasty.
Very nice friendly lady at reception. Nice games but small could do with a few more machines slots . Overall very good will be back

Just the food needs a slight improvement, ofc not expecting 5 star cuisine, but the food week on week is very inconsistent from being well overcooked and under seasoned to very good.
I've visited many casinos in the world and as a poker player I have to say that this brand new one from Grosvenor group is a must! Not big but well designed with good amenities. Great show room. Cosy and great bar and dance floor. It reminds me of a threatre. The luther/ George Benson tribute was truly amazing. Everyone had a great night. Staff were terrific and they were dancing too. Les and Nathan were fabulous. DJ was great but alittle too loud for me but the punters had

Came here for a friends birthday. Started off with a really nice meal in the restaurant. The staff were great and service was quick. The Casino area itself was large enough not to be too overcrowded and had all of the games you could wish for. Even the security were friendly to a degree. Loved it!

Nice service. We went here for Christmas party. The food is better than what I expect for Christmas dinner. Portion is more than enough to make you full. Staff are very attentive. The only downside is very difficult to get hold of the managers before the event to pay for it and discuss the details.
