Really good friendly service, good quality food, overlooking the casino, I did not use the casino only restaurant.
From signing on to leaving all the staff were polite and friendly.
Quiet when we arrived around 21:30 on a Friday but much busier when we left astound midnight.
My only gripe is that the bar staff wouldn’t let me order a soft drink at the bar, they suggested I get a free one once I was playing something.
But no-one ever approached me for a drink order!
Some of the reception is very great customer service!
However, a few female receptionists with golden hair are very bad customer service particular around 18:00 to 19:00.
Only went to the restaurant but fantastic food, had the full Chinese menu. Will be going back for sure!
Door staff were really helpful with getting us sorted.
