A great experience here today. Has a whopper for £1.99 via the app (Whopper Wednesdays). As I'm currently on crutches the manager who served me at the till fetched my food and drink over very quickly. She also brought over sauce and napkins and the burger was as tasty as ever👌🏻 Will be back soon.
Manager and staff were absolutely brilliant as I was having trouble with the touchscreen. (eyes are going downhill fast) also trying to figure out the doritos meal offer. Food tasted so good. It was a wet day as usual and late on as it was pretty quiet. Thinking of reasons to go back there.
Beautiful place for lunch and here you can find the greatest customer service which is hard to receive nowadays anywhere. Will recommend to everyone who is there in town centre for shopping. Great work guys. Keep it up
I adore this Burger King. I have not had a bad experience here ever. On my last visit, I had ordered a "Melt King Box Meal" which is essentially their value meal. I was immediately helped by the store manager and was handed my food within 2 minutes of ordering. The restaurant is always spotless and I much prefer this store over any fast food outlets.
One of my go to place for a quick lunch, burgers and fries are good. It is centrally located however not so busy. There are enough seating places too. Staffs too are friendly.
The manager here goes out of her way to make sure you're taken care of. If you're patient when they're busy, she goes above and beyond. I have never had a bad experience if she's in the store.
There are many fast food options in Reading but none of them make food as tasty as Burger King. In my recent dining in experience, I used 600 of my points that I’d saved up to get a free steakhouse angus which was fantastic and much better quality and more filling than what you’d get at McDonalds. They also have the option of changing fries to 6 onion rings for no charge at all. They even have a coke freestyle machine which allows you to customise your drinks with additional flavours! 10/10 food, left with a smile on my face :)
This is exactly how fast food should be fast served hot and tasty. Think this is the quickest I’ve ever been served anywhere. Just amazing.
Beautiful and very spacious place to dine in with great view of town centre from the tall tables around the glass walls. Food was amazing and customer service was immaculate. Toilets were clean with stocked up papers and hand soap and sanitizers. Will definitely return again.
The food here is really nice. As a family we always choose Burger King over Mcdonalds as you get much better quality food and the burgers actually grilled and taste like proper beef. The portion sizes are brilliant for the price you pay.
