A beautiful Starbucks in the heart of Reading right along Broad Street.
I am not a coffee fan. I have friends and family members that are, very much, coffee fans. That means that they like Starbucks. So I have been to many Starbucks over the years. I wanted to put that in context before I said this. This is one of the nicest Starbucks that I have ever visited! It is located on the north side of the cobblestone walking part of Broad Street. It is a corner store and has large windows along both sides of the store. The inside of the store has more and more types, of seating than I have seen in other stores. It has light wood floors, comfortable chairs, and various table chair combinations. The store was very inviting and clean although busy. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The counter is located along the east side of the store in the standard store configuration. The menu is behind the counter and they had a good collection of food and drinks that you would expect at these stores. You order at one end of the counter and pay and your drinks are delivered at the other end. I got an iced tea and was pleased with the results. Overall it was a very pleasant experience that I would recommend to travellers in the area both as a respite from a busy travel day or just a place to get a good relaxing drink. Enjoy!
I‘ve been visiting every weekend before, and sometimes after, my shifts since May and I‘ve never had a bad experience. All the staff are friendly and easy to talk to. Will be visiting many more times in the future

Lovely dog friendly Cafe, in the town centre. Our dog was even given a puppaccino. The coffee was lovely and the fruit toast was perfect. The friendly service in this Cafe is to be commended, particularly the lady with the purple hair who gave our dog his treat and brought extra butter for us.
A gentleman with a beard, nice and, as always, great customer service, but unfortunately his friend with blonde hair is simply disgusting, he has dirty nails with scratched nail polish, full of chains and behaves like a mentally ill.
Popped in when they had the lunch rush on, so it's not fair to judge just on that, but staff were great and the tea was perfect!
Nice place great atmosphere and always a great service and most of the time staff always interested in chatting with you.

Great service . My son Migo (8 y/o) spilled his drinks after having 1 sip. My son felt so embarrassed and upset . A Staff Named Patrick kindly helped us clean the floor and table despite the fact they are very busy and he gave a replacement drink for my son as well. We appreciate his act of kindness because this made my son not embarrassed and comfortable while we are the cafe. Its our 1st time in this Starbucks brunch we highly recommend them.
