Food was very tasty fir the price.
A great selection of lacto free milks.
Soya milk is available at no extra charge, other alternatives were 50 pence extra.
Fair warning ⚠️ a regular coffee is very full and very heavy so if you have any tremors or pain etc issues ( I do), might be worth asking for a take away cup.
Staff were also very polite and very helpful absolutely no issue asking for no butter etc.
Also I was able to move around with plenty of space even with a walking stick.
Had a lovely Maltesers milk shake here. Probably the best I've had for a while and Beth my waitress was excellent 👌
It's OK - there's nothing really posh on the menu, but all the staples are there. I had a cheese & bacon baget, and it was fine coffee, OK too :)
The staff are polite, sitting out in the mall is err? Different. Go there again - Yes, it's ideal for a light bite and a rest.

Was served by maja who was welcoming and attentive. Absolutely fantastic service! Had the all day breakfast which has to be one of the best In town paired with an amazing latte. Would recommend to anyone living or visiting reading.
The staff are friendly and helpful. Their drinks menu is very diverse and as a regular we have always been please with our meals.
The food is top quality but I dont always get the food that I've ordered, only thing that let's them down

Well what can I say. Absolutely perfect from the first person to greet u to the cashiers to the waiting staff they are friendly happy and such a fabulous bunch of staff. The food is always perfect kitchen staff aswell need a mention. Keep up your fabulous work guys .
Had a mug of latte filled up to the top of the cup. Not too much froth as like in other cafe's great.
Very nice cafe for food and hot drinks. Very good hot chocolate and very tasty food and sweet treats. Recommend if your in the area.
Love this place, normally pop in for breakfast or lunch when visiting town. Unfortunately this last visit wasn't the best we have had. A complete change of staff seems to have lowered the standard and speed of the service. Hopefully with time they will get back on track. The sausages are still good and this little hic up will not stop me from visiting again.
