A real open honest welcome. Not only from the staff but the pubs atmosphere. Absolutely brilliantly decorated ready for Halloween too. Great beer selection too. I will definitely be paying as many revisits as I can. Food next time.

Double bells and coke set me back £7, which I thought was expensive. Although I don't go to pubs very often so could be the going rate these days.

Nice friendly pub. Plenty of space outside. I better if you book in advance to make sure there is a table available the moment you arrive. Quiet environment (no cars noise or fumes) , classic Rock music (the best hits), sunny even in the late afternoon on one side
This pub is a hidden gem, had lunch the other day and can not understand why it was so quiet. The food was first rate the beer was super. We were given a warm welcome and great service. Don't tell anyone otherwise it might get to popular and difficult to get into! Definitely one pub I shall keep
Lovely pub located a bit off the beat of the main city streets, with a great outside area and a nice homey feel, great welcoming staff too. Good selection of draft and bottled beers. Will definitely be back there!

Really good pub, friendly owners really enjoyed my night here, was not as busy as most places that have karaoke nights running but not bad night over all, the garden is one of the best iv seen in a while and the pub is clean and tidy. Drinks reasonably priced.
Have used this pub 2-3times a week in the last 2 years, My wife Debbie + I have met a great crowd of local people, who always make you feel welcome. David the Landlord + all of his barstaff are fantastic! Everybody is made welcome. Friday night is a bonus, always entertainment. Thanks David.
Lovely little pub where everyone is very nice & friendly. They really welcomed us all & made us feel at home. Excellent food & are always happy to help. Would recommend this lovely pub to everyone
