Dropped by for a Sunday carvery, despite the rain, it was still a pleasant afternoon, we sat out back under a large gazebo style shelter as it was still warm out. Lunch was a carvery style affair and was also cooked to perfection (for me), definitely would go again.

Was recommended to visit this place for lunch by one of the locals as we were visiting from London for the weekend and staying up the road.

We came here without a reservation and although it was quite full for a mid-week evening, they found us a nice table. There is a typical pub-menu with a couple of extra delicious meals to chose from. We have been here a few times and again we were not disappointed.
Friendly staff. Had a starter and tea. Did not enjoy the tea, but you get a complementary chocolate. The resturant became busy. Cosy areas in this large pub with outdoor seating and beer garden. Large carpark. Jazz night later in the month.

The food is amazing (the nachos are out of this world) the atmosphere is relaxed and friendly.
We set up weddings and parties here regularly and it is always goes so smooth due to everyone being so organised and helpful.
