Had a really lovely early evening meal, sat outside as weather was great. Lots of outside seating. Fantastic service, friendly staff, great food with a great choice. Reasonably priced with good size meals. Highly recommend. Well done Bella Italia. 👍🏻
We went to Bella Italia this morning and had a lovely breakfast, the staff so helpful and attentive, the food was gorgeous and I feel a regular visit is likely. Congratulations to all of the staff for such a nice experience.
Lovely staff and good food, we got there at 11.30 on a Saturday morning and it was already getting busy, by the time we left at 1 it a line had formed so I would recommend getting there early in order to avoid a wait.
A bit on the pricey side for what we actually did get though.
Good offering of Italian Pizza and Pasta.
Staff are friendly and seem to be able to cope well even when they are busy.
Food is of a good quality and the price is quite reasonable. Great for a lunchtime fix.
I've since moved away from the area and this is one of the places I do miss.

This is a reasonably priced, good quality Italian restaurant, part of the Bella Italia chain.
They serve a variety of pizzas, pastas and meat dishes that are all good quality and fresh. The service has often been reasonable to good, with the staff friendly and helpful.
The environment is warm and inviting, and the decor traditionally italian. It is often quite busy here though.
This restaurant gives a good selection of pasta and pizza dishes, all very tasty.
I've had a few problems with speed of service from this branch in the past, but generally I've always come back and had a good experience.
I entered Bella Italia having just been totally ignored by the pizza hut opposite and I think I enjoyed my meal much more because of it. The food was outstanding, having the margarita pizza was amazing, and with it cooked to perfection. The candles within the restaurant, and the warm and comforting vibe makes this an excellent place to eat whether it be with friends, partner or as part of a large group. I was also pleased to receive 20% off my meal as between Sunday-Thursday they offer this special discount to NUS holders. I will definitely return and the staff were so friendly I could have ordered everything off the menu!
Went in there one day after Pizza Express next door was way too crowded. This place was much less busy and tables are further apart, so you can actually have a conversation over your meal. I can't say I like the decor too much, it's trying too hard to be Italian and blatantly isn't; but the food is good, waiters are generally friendly, and prices aren't too bad either.
Very Friendly staff, excellent food.
I have been there several times and always they were good (no matter how busy they were).

This Bella Italia is much better than the other Bella Italia in Reading.
despite usually being quite busy, i feel that the staff cope well with the volume of people and manage to get food to people in good time with a smile.

I will only talk about food in detail because it was AMAZING! This restaurant has secured a place on my list of "restaurants I can comfortably eat in at Reading". We(only 2 ppl) ordered 4 items as you can see in the photo and wiped the plates clean. The food was light and perfectly seasoned!. The pasta needed a lil bit of salt(but that's my inner indian) that's all! The staff was friendly. Good ambience! Food was rightly priced and there was a lot of choice. I very highly recommend this for pasta lovers.
Went for dinner with family and we had a nice meal, the food was average, 3 out 4 mains were carbonara but did not impress us. Okay price with options for 2 and 3 courses and service was good.
Lovely time straight from the start, got a lovely greeting from Raf, who was our server for our visit. Truly lovely made an ice latte for my mum which is off menu and it’s one of the best ice lattes we have both ever had. Absolutely lovely time and will be coming back hoping he’s on shift. Great experience ☺️
We had a lovely family meal out here, there were 9 of us in total and we all thoroughly enjoyed our time. We had a range of starters, mains and desserts and we were impressed with every one of them. Our waitress Rachael was so lovely and provided us with the most amazing service. If you’re in Reading, I would definitely recommend eating out here.

We went too Bella Italia for out daughters birthday we had booked a reservation so we did not have to wait for our table. The food was very good as always, and the service was also very good put server was Rachel K she was very helpful and pleasant. The atmosphere was very low key as you would expect.
We did also try the takeaway option the other week with Deliveroo and the food was of the same standard as we had in the restaurant

Good food and speed of service, however waitresses kept standing behind us when talking and taking our orders! Seems like more training is required. Other than that an enjoyable lunch.
Servers were lovely and it was possibly the best pepperoni pizza i’ve ever had! Starter dough balls were also incredible (especially the garlic butter❤️)
We had booked the pizza making session at Bella Italia - Reading and all of us had a great time! We were looked after by Roberta who was simply amazing! She explained the process to us when we arrived and was really attentive to all our requests. Friendly, courteous and excellent customer service! We had two 1 year olds with us and they even gave some dough and ingredients to keep them entertained. The whole process was fun, unique and a first for us. Even got to keep the apron & also received signed certificates! All in all a great different way to celebrate a birthday.
⭕️ It's the second time I choose to dine in this restaurant and I can say that I would do it whenever I want to really eat something very tasty, delicious and well cooked ... in a super nice environment and with very kind stuff!
