What a change!! It's had a nice makeover, and is quite a nice pub to drink in again!

I visited for the first time and I liked their food. Though the ambience was not so nice, their food still tasted really good and the price is also very reasonable. I will definitely try their Momos again.

I liked the chicken wings and coke but it took long to wait for our food. It's not bad.

Extremely lovely place just out of sight of town. Food is very authentic, delicious, and the deals are very good: lunchtime prices are a great deal. Staff are friendly and recognise us because we've been back lots of times!

Absolutely amazing. Without a doubt one of the best places to eat in Reading. You really cannot go wrong with any of the selection but I highly recommend the chilli chicken as a must

Went there for some chilli momos, very nice yet a little bit hot for me! Prices for drinks are reasonable, especially for the Reading area (at the time of writing this review, under £4 for a Stella), with a pool table if that's your thing - though as I found, good luck getting on it when the big group of regulars turn up. The barmaid was always friendly and helpful too. Update: Review updated upon my return as the one negative thing I observed has actually been changed. Its nice to see that the management actively read reviews/take notice of feedback.

Just a basic pub with pool table, but the food I ordered ie Momos, not 6 but x10, amazing value and the veg rice and lamb hot spice, was amazing, chapati spot on, I travel the UK , and I taste a lot of rubbish, but this little gem of place will bring me back, also staff are very welcome, keep up the good food and service 😀 😋

Amazing food in an unexpected place. Super casual pub but with unexpected food. Flavourful served piping hot and good value. I wasn't sure what to think but will definitely go again.

Just had a beer outside whilst we where out walking. Cannot comment on the food. Their drinks prices are very good. *Update* popped in at about 4.30pm on a Saturday for a quick beer...a pint of Cobra for £3, it was happy hour, what a bargain 👍

Great little spot, family run, off the beaten track accomodating of latecomers to eat. Particularly recommend the hot prawn curry and the momos.

Never eaten Nepalese food before so just asked for a selection. Happy to explain the menu and help us pick - everything was really tasty. Would especially recommend the momos (dumplings) and mango lassi.

Neighbourhood pub that does great food. The loveliest staff and tastiest momos (dumplings). The food is perfect - and amazing value - especially if you love spicy food.

Hidden gem next to a Reading bypass, subtly cooked deeply flavourful Nepalese food juxtaposed with a load of lager swilling chavs from the local estate who drink there. Slightly surreal but highly recommended!
