Simple and tasty food. It has food that tastes home-made, you don't feel as if you are eating food from a restaurant. Not cheap with price but Upto mark for the taste of food. Aunty present at the restaurant is very kind & cute .

No frills restaurant, authentic Nepalese food. Refreshing to try something different. The owner was passionate about the food and explained how each dish is cooked. Highly recommended.

The staff are warm and welcoming. My husband and I have been 3 times. It is now our favourite place.

Went there with a medium sized party (of 9-10 friends). It was a quiet evening with almost no other customers (maybe we were lucky).
The food was decent, and their recommendation was a native Nepali dish turned out to be excellent 👌🏼 though a bit too spicy. But I didn't mind.
The staff (a family) was very polite and super friendly. They saw to it that we had a good time and good food.
My thanks to them and I would certainly recommend this place if you are looking for decent food in the area.
Oh and the parking is the only problem I saw, but that's just the problem of the location.
First visit, based on reviews, we gave it a visit. Food and staff were excellent. Dropped one star because it could have been slightly warmer in the restaurant !! We would have probably stayed for more drinks after our meal. Don't get me wrong, it wasn't uncomfortably cold, just could have been slightly warmer. We will be back.
We've tried and loved every vegetarian momo, and the egg noodles has always been our favourite.
Wish we had some more veg curries to go with the bread options.
I have always had nice food here. I have also been here for a private part. Where we had booked the restaurant for us. And they served us very well.

One of those quiet days after Christmas so we were the only ones in at lunchtime but nevertheless we had an excellent meal.
Honestly, for a Nepalese/Curry house in Reading, this place is absolutely amazing. Had it 5 times now and each time it's consistently good.
Go for the less well known things - like the puffed rice, or the Nepalese chicken curry. They're excellent.
And, being a native from the axing curry scene in Tooting, I can hands down feel good recommending this place to my Tooting friends.
One of the best Indian/Nepalese I've been to!!! Excellent home style food, and really nice and genuine owners. The prawn curry and biriyani were particularly good

Friendly staff and tasty food. Food portions also good. Only issue is the parking. Is really tricky to get in to the street as it's on no entry street. Parked opposite street, but not sure it's fine.
Food is varied and great depth of flavors from the prawn curry to the tandoori. Portion sizes are generous and sufficient. Only issue is that there is no way to contact them once an order is submitted if a change is needed
The food is incredible the taste sublime the owners so tentative and friendly one of the best lamb phal I have had in a long time. Absolute value for money. Thank you to all for making our Nepalese experience so wonderful
