Great customer service! I placed an order for collection & before I made it home received a call to advise I had been given the wrong meal. Straight away I received an apology and was offered to have the meal made and delivered at no extra charge. The meal was delivered quickly and with a free drink
One of our favourite restaurants, the food is always amazing! Love the decor in the restaurant and it has such a cosy atmosphere. The service was good start to end! We felt really relaxed and enjoyed our evening. Loved the fact that the staff are really attentive but not over bearing.

Had a lovely lunch here today with my three friends. First time we've been and it definitely won't be the last. The food was absolutely delicious, hot and lots of it. Definitely worth a visit. Probably one of the best Turkish restaurants around.

Came here on Sunday 19/03/23 for Mother’s Day and to celebrate my 21st. Staff were fantastic and even played happy birthday. Food immaculate, especially the baklava. Kudos to this restaurant!
Love the food from this place! I’ve only had takeaway but the flavours are spot on every time and portions are a good size. The meat is succulent and tender and the rice has a lovely Smokey flavour to it! Favourite Turkish in Rayleigh
