I have played on the East Course many times now at The Rayleigh Club. I'm a mid-handicap golfer and find the course very fun but also challenging.
The East Course is available to visitors and is reasonably priced. The course is also in good condition and the layout of the course is very enjoyable.
Always a good conditioned track on the South Course at Rayleigh.
Course was in nice shape with good drainage - Last 9 holes with local Pro was good fun.
Def recommended Essex course.
Beautiful atmosphere and setting. Food, drinks and service is good, and all quite reasonable too. A typical lunch for one person with a drink is about £12. I would definitely recommend a visit, especially in the sunshine when you can sit outside! :)

Lovely modern club house. Only played the south course which is the main course after a lot of rain the previous few days the course was amazingly dry and the greens ran perfectly. Very impressed that I decided to join. Highly recommend a game here.
