A lovely pub 🍻 in a great location. I imagine it is popular with ramblers/walkers, great pit stop for some fantastic homemade food off a very good menu.
I had the parsnip soup and toasted bread and it was very good.
The pub itself was clean, good access for all abilities and lots of indoor and outd
Cozy traditional country inn with stream flowing closeby. Stopped off after a walk over Stiperstones (recommended) and had lunch. Very welcoming staff, good reasonably priced food and (amazingly) super-fast WiFi (it's satellite) which you may need as there is no mobile phone signal! But seriously a
This is a lovely pub in the middle of nowhere at the bottom of stretton hills. It gets quite busy and no wonder why. The service is great and friendly and the pub itself is a oldie worldie one but with some local food that's grown very close to it. The beer is outstanding too, a very nice cold one o
So, I discovered The Bridges Inn at Ratlingshope today, and what a lovely place it is!
I had planned a business trip and wanted to lunch at a rural pub, so found this place on the return journey, via a scenic detour.
The food on offer was, some might call limited, but the only reason there was a s
Excellent foodie pub in a delightful spot next to the river. Strong range of ales and ciders. The pub has a homely feel and dog friendly. I have had the beef sandwiches and the faggots, both were very tasty
Came here after a wet muddy walk across the Long Mynd. We were very cold and hungry and this was a nice little pub to refresh in. They are doing a large refurbishment at the moment so limited food is available. But certainly wasn't disappointed. Absolutely delicious 😋 and lovely atmosphere and staf
Simply one of the best locations for a country pub.. plenty of outdoor seating. Stream for children & dogs! Great choice of food. Lots of walks nearby. Car park gets busy. But go for a walk, return a little later usually find a space. Weekends very busy.
Beautiful country pub in the Shropshire hills. Met a very friendly dog inside whilst I enjoyed my coffee after a days hike. Very friendly staff and people. Reasonably priced food and drink from what I could see. Nice sized free car park for those who don't mind starting their walks to Stiperstones n
A range of real ales on tap. A good base for local walks. It was the annual conker competition. Trip down memory lane for us adults. Great for children and families alike. 🙂
The food is alright. Pub is cozy.
Old hostelry fitting into its beautiful location. Good range of beers and wines and friendly service. We had cheese and ham baps, well filled and tasty.
Nestled away in the serendipity of idyllic pre wales country landscape. You will discover a Babbling Brooke. And an ancient looking farmers Pub. The Old beams and smell of real ale are the perfect backdrop for a TOP quality experience. The menu is modest traditional English fair using hyper local i
Great selection of beer and fantastic location, food was fresh and cooked well, would have liked a little more choice on the menu but appreciate that given its quite out of the way a smaller menu is inevitable. Service was outstanding, the young people they have there are incredibly friendly
Lovely traditional country inn set in the rolling hills of Shropshire. Good, tasty informal food and a great selection of well kept cask ales. Dogs are welcomed inside.
Stopped here for a pint and food on the way while riding some nearby greenlanes. Lovely atmosphere here. Nice stream flowing just beside and a relaxed outdoor seating. Staff are super helpful and the service is super quick. Fresh ales and cider on the tap and they accept cash and cards. We had the S

Excellent range of ciders and beers, good prices. The pub is spacious - a great place for a conversation and a pint or two. Staff were very welcoming and friendly.
