Tavern from the old times, a nice surprise for us, a drawback for the others. Didn't order food, but drink was all ok.... the service - a lady saying my darling etc... fun for us. Wouldn't buy food....

The Bellevue in Pegwell Bay is a popular spot when the weather is good, the large outdoor space is well laid out and very attractive. They are very much geared up for outdoor dining. The views are pretty good too. I had a very nice Pimms on my last visit and ordered from the lite bites bar menu. My crab cakes were tasty and the rest of the food I saw being delivered to other tables looked good. I haven't been to the Restaurant above the Pub since the change of management, but plan to on my next visit to the area.

We visited my father in law, who lives in sandwich, we always stop here before we come home, as my son said it has the best view we have ever seen from a pub, when the sun is out its beautiful. Good Guinness to thank you 😊.

This place is a WOW! The restaurant was so tastefully decorated both inside and out at the terrace! We had such a fabulous time there enjoying the food which were absolutely delicious! At first we didn’t expect much as the menu seems a bit small, we ordered swordfish and pork belly with wings and calamari for starter. Oh boy, they were so good, the sauce was perfectly matched and balanced with the meat. Everything was perfection! The terrace and the view are mesmerising! It’s got the romantic look and is very clean and well look after. We were very lucky enough to stay out until late as the weather allowed us to. We were so glad that we stayed at the hotel right on the opposite, otherwise we would never had such great enjoyment, it made one of the highlights for our short stay in Ramsgate!

Amazing place to stay for a meal or just to have a pint. There is also coffee available. Staff is super nice and helpful. The view is breathtaking from the outside seating area. There are plenty spaces inside with design that just make you want to stay a bit longer. The place has its own parking opposite the building. I have seen dogs coming in, so we’ll behaved ones are probably welcome. Will definitely return.

Great pub with excellent views over Pegwell Bay. We went on Sunday no Sunday roasts but a great varied menu to suite all tastes , beside each item the calories for the meal are shown as well as if suitable for vegan or vegetarian. Great selection of ales and for the drivers Noughty Bear 0.5% pale ale ,which was surprisingly pleasant. My wife had Swordfish fillet which she said was lovely as was Firecracker supreme chicken. The Beef & ale pie was a little hard to cut into but once inside was full with meat.Service was excellent and car parking directly opposite pub. The pub is dog friendly. For parties of 6 or more there's a discretionary 10% service charge and on all bills you are given the opportunity to donate 25p added to your bill for charity. Also if there on a Sunday music on the terrace overlooking Pegwell Bay from 4pm. Well worth a visit.

Visited this place again recently and it’s great, they serve now the pub food. I have to say I was missing a bit the pizza 🙃 but everything they serve is delicious! Recommended! — Great place for a lunch when hiking! Well adapted to corona virus restrictions. All clean and well distanced! Great pizza with crunchy dough and innovative tastes! Stunning views!

Absolutely shocked with how nice this place is. Lived nearby for years and never been here, now it is my favourite place.

Lovely place for al fresco dining. Limited car park and could be better for wheelchair users. Food is lovely, big choice and quality. Lobster platter looks amazing. Staff are great.

Small carpark and it was bank holiday so parked up the road not a problem and walked back. Great terrace area over looking the water and across to Deal. Very good menu, with a good variety of choice. Staff very attentive and helpful would visit again.

An amazing pub in fantastic location!! The pub itself is great but the beer garden is incredible and the views are almost unbeatable. We visited on a warm, but cloudy day and obviously chose to sit outside to enjoy the picturesque scenery and I can fully understand why the pub is nicknamed 'The balcony of Kent'. Unfortunately I live on the opposite side of Kent otherwise I would 100% make this pub my local. Great food and drink, fantastic service, overall an awesome place, I definitely will be back when I can. There are enjoyable walks to and from the pub as well which makes it an even more attractive place to visit. There was also a friendly cat which helped keep our kids interested. There was a good selection of Shepherd Neame beers and an appetising menu. Can't wait to return. Definitely recommended.
