They actually made my mocha perfectly, which is not always the case at others Costas (at least the ones in Central London).
The place has plug sockets, which I really needed, since my phone was dying.
The staff were nice and efficient but could maybe benefit from smiling at costumers a bit more imho
Busy coffee shop. Plenty of seating and I got fast polite service. Hot chocolate was very tasty. They serve nice cake and hot snacks too and of course coffee. I like that they include all calorie info on everything.
Coffee & cake. Do find some of the seats really uncomfortable. Staff fine and it's an easy venue in town.

Ramsey's Costa has always been ago to place for chat and a coffee. Always a treat though.
It's amazing what a few good staff members can do, I've just started going back in for a latte on my way to work, to be greeted by how are you and general chit chat, makes all the difference. One guy even asked if I wanted my sweetener in the cup before he made the coffee.. Little things like this r
Standard Costa, food and coffee are as expected - so not terrible, but not Michelin starred either!
Lots of seating, but can be very busy. There is a back entrance on the Quay side too.
Surprisingly large, plenty of space to sit and cosy atmosphere
Costa coffee is always good. This place in Ramsey is big and has two entrances on parallel streets x the place can accommodate a fair amount of people
