Sunday 21st May 2023 I visited this fantastic Micropub This great ale house/micropub is a great place with good outside drinking space in the square in front of the pub. Beer in excellent condition. Best time to go is when they open at 4pm as there's no one else in. Excellent selection of ales. Would highly recommend it.

Great little boozer. If your looking for generic beers or larger don't bother. The Skew sells real ale, Cider and some spirits. No music or tv and only sells bar snacks. If you want a quiet chat and a quality beer it's the place for you. If you want a pint of Foster's your in the wrong place.

Such a good place this. A wide variety of real ales reasonably priced. The Precinct is a great vibe for drinking outside hope this continues after May.

Very friendly with a good choice of beers and ciders which change often. I can always find at least 2 or 3 that I'm happy with. It's a small space so you often get talking to people on the next table. Highly recommended if you enjoy beer/cider and good conversation
