We loved our afternoon tea here! Everything was delicious. The staff are lovely and very catering to allergies/dietary requirements. I couldn't recommend it enough.
Met a friend for a cappuccino, quick, friendly service (Poppy).
Coffee was good, tasty beans used.
I didn't eat this time but my friend had scramble eggs and bacon on toast. Looked nice, he enjoyed it.
I will.definitely be going back to try their poached eggs, which looked excellent.
Less than £3 for a good cuppa.
If the food next time is as good as it looks, I'll revise my review to 5⭐
My favourite place on the high street. I'm always suggesting we go down to Nutmegs for a coffee and a scone and they never fail to exceed expectations! Great good, delicious coffee and really friendly staff! Thank you! (Note. It's such a great place it does get busy so may be necessary to book in advance!)
We shared two of the boards and they were amazing! The service was spot on and the ambience is lovely and chill. We have been before, but it seems even better than the last time. We will definitely be making this a regular spot.

I've just visited Nutmegs for the first time to have breakfast with my husband and what a pleasant experience from start to finish. The staff are just lovely. It's cosy, inviting with great decor and the breakfast and coffee was delish. I had the eggs benedict, a flat white and the American pancakes with bacon crumb. Such a lovely way to start my day. Thanks guys, can't wait for my next visit and to try the lunch menu :)
I have had in mind for while to try the mochi waffles and finally got round to it... they are so delicious! The texture of these waffles are perfect and the grilled pineapple was a delicious accompaniment. All the food at Nutmegs is tasty, well made and presented beautifully. Look forward to returning soon :)
Had the most delicious lunch today. The experience was just lovely from start to finish. Had my 9 month old little girl with me and the staff were so friendly and helpful. Great high chair which attaches to their own chairs, she loved sitting at the table with us!

Lovely food, service a bit slow at first. Young girl needs training. Asked twice for more drinks befor she brought them . Asked for water & she brought me luke warm tap water!!!! Lovely staff. Very busy by 14.30when we left. Had the ploughman's & it was lovely. Definitely go back
My friend and I ate here on Wednesday this week. We had chicken flatbread with greek salad and she had a chicken, avocado salad. The flavours were amazing and food was so fresh and tasty. Love the atmosphere here and the girls in there are always so happy and friendly.
Lovely place for breakfast, staff are very attentive to diety needs and friendly. Healthy menu and food was beautifully, fully recommend the eggs, avocado and toast 😋.
