So, this Pizza Hut has drastically changed since new management have taken over. The pizzas are tasty and have that distinct Pizza Hut flavour to them. The staff are friendly and hard working. I had some terrible experiences at this place years ago, my son wanted to try it so I got one for him with low expectations but it was very nice I was shocked. I have since returned and it has been great!
Abit pricey but it’s nice
Our pizza were running late on the tracker and hadn't left the store. I was offered a bottle of drink and it was explained to me that the driver had some problems getting petrol due to the current shortage. I was concerned that they would arrive cold and was told that fresh pizzas would be prepared. The lovely driver arrived about 15 mins later with the original pizza and the fresh ones...all of which were still hot. He was very apologetic and had such a lovely manner. It was very much appreciated - especially on a busy Saturday night.
Order came faster than expected, was piping hot and very tasty, would order again.
I have used this branch twice in the last month or so. I ordered via über eats and also Gourmet Society.
The food is consistent and I was also impressed with the actual delivery times.
The pizzas are hot as you would expect and also tasty.

I had a problem with delivery guy and the store delt with it so quickly. Reordered my food an the service was amazing. Recently I ordered online an made an error on my order. Spoke with imran over the phone an he resent my order out it came on time and food was really yummy.
I would recommend this branch of Pizza hut delivery in Rainham. Pizzas are always of good standard, nicely cooked and tasty. Good deals throughout the week. Staff is also good. I always did collection from the shop so can't review their home delivery.
