I thoroughly enjoyed my meal. The menu is fairly uninspiring though with a few interesting things, but it's all cooked so well with obviously high quality ingredients.
Service was lovely too. Highly recommended
While visiting family I went for lunch with my Mum and Sister. We normally go to The Star Inn in Rainford but we arrived to find that they don’t do food on a Tuesday so the barman recommended trying The Derby.

Absolutely love this place. If your looking for a good pub meal then this is a great choice. Food is tasty and the pub is traditional inside. Has a good size car park and outside seating area. The lunch menu is incredible value during the day for 2 courses. Just be careful on your starter choice as
We went on a Tuesday lunch time at 12.30 quite a few people but not to busy just nice didnt have to wait to long for our food which was delishes... Lovely friendly staff as soon as you walk through the door you know it's going to be nice.. Would definitely recommend this to family and friends
