Nice pub with great seating area and friendly atmosphere. Food is very good and there is a good selection of drinks. Rooms are nice and cosy could do with the odd repair. Only negatives are the towels are small and the heating didn't come on when I stayed so the room got a bit cold.
Stopped here for lunch again. Have eaten here frequently in recent years and it's a charming country Inn. The interior is nicely decorated with comfy chairs, and even a sofa facing the log burner! Lunch menu is more limited than dinner but still good choices and meal for 2 with drinks was £40. Staff were lovely and the regulars always say hello too! Try it. There are also lovely walks nearby, a great garden and easy parking.
Very nice food but service poor. Had to wait ages for “ nibbles “ ( olives and bread with oil and balsamic vinegar ) , and then the main meal.
Exceeded expectations. Great food, great staff team, beautiful clean room and greeted with a smile. I will certainly booking the Redan Inn again. The care and consideration taken in every aspect of the stay with them was exceptional. Amazing fish and chips. Portion size was immense.

A very good place to relax. The room had such an incredibly atmospheric decor. These oldies were amazing. An old scale, a machine for making and buying cigarettes (the first time I saw such a device), an old safe, an old climate lamp and a wooden trunk, all amazing

Excellent service from the staff they couldn't do enough for us. We were made to feel very welcome.
We were shown to our room which was spotless, immaculate in fact.
The food was outstanding and could even accommodate allergies, Gluten, Dairy etc.
This wonderful well run pub is a must if you're staying or just passing through. You will definitely not be disappointed and we will definitely be returning.

Nice atmosphere and plenty of seating areas. Food was good unfortunately the beer was limited by either not being available or had gone off only leaving one real ale. No one went to change barrels to put new ones on as far as I could tell.
stayed there one night,superb inn/pub roughly 30mins from Bath.
Staff were great, extremely friendly especially the manageress and the young lad who showed us to the room.

I love this place! Great relaxed and welcoming atmosphere, decor is beautiful and food is scrummy! Allergies catered for without hesitation. Staff are lovely, polite and attentive. Whole place is spotless; I might just move in!
