What a lovely pub! Nice atmosphere, superb service and delicious food. We enjoyed a really good value generous Sunday roast with lots of veg, cauliflower cheese, stuffing and a Yorkshire pudding. I would definitely recommend it.

Visited the Bowyer's a few times recently and wanted to say what a lovely pub it is. The staff have always been very welcoming, with friendly and prompt service, even when they're obviously very busy. The regular customers seem to be a friendly bunch too, which lends to a nice, enjoyable atmosphere.
