Apologies my review is a little late. I visited here last week and 2 weeks ago prior to that. I was VERY impressed when Dom remembered my last order!! I was indecisive on the day so Dom offered 1/2 and 1/2. Perfect! Dom said as long as they had all the ingredients in, they could make up whatever I want, wow! Also, being a visual person, I was trying to look on FB for the pizza I liked the look of. Despite being very busy, Dom also loaded up their Pinterest page on his phone! Needless to say their pizzas are amazing and they definitely deserve every award they get and more. Fantastic food, amazing customer service, what more could you possibly want? Well done. Update 9.6.22 Went here tonight with a large group of friends (11 of us) and had a fantastic evening. Dom was very helpful and flexible from the start. Have enjoyed their spectacular pizza at Radcliffe Market for a long time but tonight's dishes were amazing. I had the Nduja Chicken Wings followed by Mushroom and Lentil Ragu Pasta. Already planning out next visit. Well done and keep up the good work.

Amazing sourdough pizza! Luisa's is an integral part of Radcliffe's food offering. So much better than the greasy alternatives! EDIT: We recently went to Luisa’s new restaurant in Radcliffe and it was class! You could tell everything was homemade, the prices were reasonable and the service was great too. Wonderful place to have at your doorstep in Radcliffe. Thoroughly recommend!

We went here Saturday evening On reading about it in the press and having been on radcliffe market First impressions, nicely laid out open kitchen etc nice tables but was unsure about the chairs for reasons I won't go into Our waiter came with the drinks menu Not cheap we had an artisan bottle of Italian beer and an espresso martini And a bottle of red that was £28.95 Which was the most expensive from the 3 reds they had on offer Food , garlic bread and patella (chickpea fritters) Main course, mushroom and lentil ragu And a Pizza catanzaro Pizza and garlic bread I thought was too doughy and had quite a bit of oil making it soggy The ragu was very nice I think that it is a very nice place but expensive for radcliffe as their prices are like being in Manchester city centre What I would have liked to have seen Is a house wine and a specials board And more vegetarian options for example a vegetarian lasagna would have been nice to see We spent £80 Would we go again hmm maybe if they offered more

We had a fantastic experience here. The pizza was spectacular. Cooked in a wood fired oven and with a variety of interesting toppings. The sourdough base was very good. Also had the risotto which was very tasty. Service was outstanding. The young man who served us was professional, efficient and kind. Prices were reasonable, and very good value for money given the excellent food and service.

Really was delicious. They have the best pizza for miles around, really warm staff and environment, we also loved the pasta. All 8 of us loved the food (kids and adults). They were also really helpful in giving advice for cooking my own pizzas at home on my Ooni. We'll definitely be going back.

Nice atmosphere, modern and relaxed. Staff were friendly and helpful. Food was very tasty and well priced. Deserts were a bit expensive and not quite as Impressive as the mains. They had a few bottles Italian IPA beers which I'd never had before that were tasty, even a 0,,,% alcohol one too. Although the restaurant were good with the kids, the menu is not suited to most children, but any dish can be served as a kids dish portion size. I'd recommend checking the menu before taking your kids. Free parking round the back of the building. Definitely visit again but would leave the kids at home.

Overall a nice place. I don't think I would rush back though. Sizes on the beers on the drinks menu would be helpful. I was told all beers were 550ml (then I ordered one and it was 330ml). I also found the seats to be really uncomfortable (seemed to put me in a really weird position- not sure if this was just me) The portion of Brisket in the pasta was also very small. The quality of pasta and sauce was great though, and the service overall was great, so definitely worth trying it for yourself.

First time going to Luisa's tonight. The food was absolutely outstanding. The barbecue chicken wings and zucchini fritters were the best I've ever had. The pasta Luisa's polpetta was so tasty. Lovely warm and friendly environment, and lovely friendly staff. Will definitely be going there again.
