Absolutely dreadful. Took 2hrs to be delivered! 2hrs! Fast food....ha!

Absolutely shocking service from this KFC. Ordered a meal for myself and my girlfriend from within the restaurant. Had to wait nearly 30 minutes until the food was ready, only to be told they were out of half of what i'd ordered. No gravy, no mash, no soft drinks other than child sized fruit shoots.
The service was extremely slow!
Because one of the staff had to leave to look after her children the manager was rude to her and then stood and moaned about her to the other staff in front of all of the customers, no professionalism as a manager.

A lot better and cleaner after the refurb. The only down side, as with most takeaway restaurants now, there was a lot of delivery drivers in and out of there. This makes the place look busier than it is which puts people off, thinking the queue is bigger than it really is.
