I was on a weekend with my cousin. There was a free table. There was no waiting. The cleanliness of the toilet was adequate. We bought drinks and coffee, the staff were smiling and very nice. For me, this is a big positive.
A really good soft play centre, nice and quiet on a Saturday morning. Very clean and well maintained, staff all nice. Not as big as the Whizz Kids in Chester but still very nice. The Saturday morning we are her it’s very quiet and pleasant, but I’m not sure if this is the case every Saturday. We will definitely be coming back.
Really good experience for a birthday party. Well organised, clean and hygienic. Food and drinks were reasonably priced and little boy had a whale of a time! Would recommend.
We had our daughters 5th birthday party here and we couldn't be happier with the experience. We opted for a teddy making party and it was a big hit, the teddy's were great quality and lots of choice. The staff were just brilliant, from the party host to the girls in the cafe and on the reception, they were all just so lovely and welcoming and great with the kids. Lots of our guests commented on this too. Party package itself was really good value.

Me and my daughter went to the Easter bunny workshop and it was an amazing experience for my little girl. The host Mia and Abby was amazing with the all kids and with my daughter she absolutely loved it. What a lovely thing to do for Easter . Got some special memories to take home too. Thankyou so much for a special morning
My daughter loves coming here even booked her party here there is one girl there that always goes above and beyond to make it fun and spend time with her she is the best one there would recommend the place especially the staff thank you Mia for making it special every time we call in
This is exactly what you would expect - a soft play heaven for small children. The staff are very friendly and helpful. The noise levels can get fairly high if you are here when there is a party on but the children have a great time. The food is ok and does the job if you are not fussy.
