Always had a brilliant service from Cake box in streatfield Road. My first point of contact is to the Manager Evee who always ensures my order is put through to her magnificent team Varsha and Co. I apologise as i am unsure of all their names of the whole team. They are all absolutely fantastic and the quality of the cake is always perfect. The whole team always greets me with a smile, are very courteous and attentive. Carry on with the exceptional service to Evee, Varsha & Co. in Streatfield Road.
Nice location. Wonderful and delicious cake and pastry options. Free parking in front makes it easy. Also reasonable price for excellent cake.
Cake was delicious and thanks to staff member coz I made mistake in spelling but she called me and confirm correct spelled and writing down on cake. So basically excellent customer Service. Thank you so much for you support and help.

Baking- A good cake is the one that's baked with proper steps. The cake should rise completely and should not look like a batter. It should be fluffy, spongy, and moist. Having fewer ingredients and proper baking methods make the cake more appealing

Spoilt for choice with wonderful and delicious cakes. However it would be nice to have offers sometimes on the cake pieces so that we can try different cakes without feeling the price pinch.

Very good quality and freshly prepared cakes. They did wonderful job to prepare cake as I ordered. Customer service is excellent. Clean hygienic place. Even now you can get some ice-creams and Indian sweets as well.
I don't usually leave ratings, let alone give actual reviews. However, after receiving my order I felt compelled to leave a review as I am over the moon with my order! I had ordered a toy story themed cake for my sons birthday and I was truly amazed by the quality design as well as the incredible tasting cake.
Furthermore, the service was outstanding! The staff were all very warming and served with a smile despite being busy. I would recommend cake box to anyone and will certainly be back for the next occasion!
