Staff were really polite, food was served quickly & piping hot.
It was very clean in the restaurant & parking wasn't a problem.
Some evenings the drive through is very popular & queues often gather.

Food could have been hotter, been sitting under the warmer i suspect service with a smile, hardly anyone in eating so no atmosphere.
A fantastic KFC excellent service the food was delicious and easy to park.
Despite ordering "2x "FREE" Hot Wings, when we got home we noticed that we had been charged for them. That, and the fact we were kept waiting for a good five minutes at the drive thru, and me repeating our order at least three times, really annoyed me.
It was 5 star experience for me until they stop having Krushem Milky Bar Drink like the Sittingbourne KFC. Now I can stay away for a while until the get themselves back.
Food is always hot from this one. Never had any issues with food not hot
Best kfc gravy I have ever had, best chips I have had at a kfc for a very, very long time. Everything was spot on.
Food is the usual at KFC, lovely. Service can be on the slow side. Place is always very clean
