We had a Sunday carvery and breakfast (twice) as part of a hotel stay. The carvery was stupendously good! Genuinely excellent and worth visiting for alone. Breakfast buffet was impressive and great quality. Service was great throughout.

Wonderful venue for celebratory birthday afternoon tea. Staff very friendly and lovely relaxing atmosphere. Piano music in the background. Would love to go there again.

Visited for afternoon tea whist staying at the hotel. It was absolutely brilliant! First of all I wish I could remember his name but the gentleman who seated and served us was really great! He was attentive, funny and just a pleasant guy. Then or the afternoon tea itself, I couldn't fault any of it! Every aspect of it was thoroughly delicious and I would highly recommend it. We will definitely be back!

Visited this place for afternoon tea and we were very impressed with the place, the sparkling afternoon tea was very tasty, the service was exemplary we were asked if we would like an extra tea or coffee. We felt really pampered. We sat by a lovely fountain in a lovely setting with a piano playing behind us. Sparkling afternoon tea for two costs £33.00.

I had brunch here gifted by my daughter. What a beautiful place lovely atmosphere. Staff was friendly, my eggs Benedict was a little undercooked for my liking who likes part of their egg raw? Staff asked how food was at the end but might have been worth asking part way through like other restaurants do. Overall very happy lovely posh place to eat.

Treated to a delightful Afternoon Tea in the Palm Court. The decor and atmosphere is very elegant, transports you back to the 1920s art deco era. The food was presented beautifully and tasted amazing. Great choice of very delicate patisseries and sandwiches. They were happy to serve food separately due to an allergy and amend some of the choices for us. Great service throughout the whole experience. My only complaint is the scones, very doughy and tough to chew, they stick to the roof of your mouth. Other than that the afternoon was perfect.

Stayed here with my boyfriend for two nights and went to Palm Court for both dinners. The food is incredible. It’s not a Michelin star restaurant but I would put it along the same category. There are live performances on Friday night as well. The ambience and deco are right on the point, relaxing yet elegant. Recommended for any romantic occasions.

Very welcoming attentive staff on arrival and once sat at our table. Food delicious, a little more pricy than some establishments but you could tell it was freshly prepared with care. We had Sunday carvery which was well worth it. Would highly recommend and will visit again.

Amazing food, the best Sunday roast I've ever had. Service was very good and fast. Price was very reasonable for the quality of food. Only thing I could pick at is the cashless system and 7.5% tip automatically being added to the bill. I understand it says " please ask if you wish for it to be removed " but I should imagine some people may feel uncomfortable asking for that. 7.5% is also quite alot. For the 3 of us who had a drink each, 3 starters, 3 mains and 2 desserts and the 7.5% total was over £10. That said I would return based on service and quality of food.

Absolutely brilliant birthday for my mum. Excellent service and drinks, the food was phenomenal and they had a musical duo performing too. Really enjoyed our experience and will certainly return again for our third time.

Nice quirky little restaurant, it's part of the hotel. I can't complain about the service or food, everything was amazing. We went for a Sunday carvery and we left stuffed. It's slightly on the more expensive side, so it's probably a treat for most people but it's expected with the level of dining I would say. Highly recommend.

Food was amazing. Best steak I have had in a long time. I already can't wait for breakfast. The food is fairly priced the service staff are nice and friendly, never left with an empty glass on the table. Not too noisy, just a generally nice atmosphere with the piano playing in the background

Service could have been a bit quicker but to be fair there were 2 weddings 💒 taking place and was given an apology for delay. Not happy with service charge added onto bill I was treating a friend for her birthday and was not comfortable challenging this when paying bill as used card and friend was at my side and did not want to create a fuss
