The Blue Vinny - Puddletown - Photo album

Busy day..rang to see if could fit in for a Sunday roast x2. ( other places had been quite offhand no busy). Young lady was very lovely. Service by her and young gentleman excellent. Food one beef one pork. Sunday roast. Excellent .. will return. Thank you team.
Our first Sunday lunch here and we've booked to come back in a couple of weeks. It's a lovely pub, great atmosphere and the roast beef and pork lunches were superb. The youngsters serving behind the bar and waiting on the tables were top notch; polite, efficient and attentive. Well kept ale (Butcomb
Great find, whilst on a weekend away in Dorset. Lovely fire but the real gem was the food. Simply wow. Well done guys. Highly recommended
31 laminated signs. What's going on there? Great service and Vinny burger but the weird sign fetish is sadly it's most memorable feature. 31.....
Wonderful fish curry, much nicer than expected. Very dog-friendly - beer garden has plenty of space for dog to potter about. Great pub.
Turned up without booking a table for two . Looked like most tables were already booked but got us in before everyone arrived , highly recommended the rabbit lasagne will definitely be going back for more
Excellent service and staff. Food smelled, looked and tasted amazing. Definitely recommend the burger and the gnocchi. Dog friendly with is a plus, lovely wide open veer garden out back.
We popped in for lunch, steak and caramelized onion on sourdough. Good Alex also and well priced. Nice decor and atmosphere.
Excellent pub meals. Very friendly. Great menu.
Delicious lunch and care in service make our trip a memorable one. Highly recommended the trout gravadlaxwith celeriac in mustard
Had the fossil farm burger and have got to say that is the best burger I've ever had. Amazing food, amazing service. Is definitely a top spot to pop in and have a meal when passing, I promise you will not be disappointed!
Always stop here when going to and from Devon and Cornwall. Very friendly staff who always greet with a smile. Food lovely and fresh. Cannot fault it. Dogs are welcome.
Fantastic village pub. Food is really good and the beer garden is large and has a good play area. You can take your dogs in the beer garden too as long as they are kept on a lead. Doom Bar was on tap last time. Pizza oven looks tempting too.
Menu correct March 2019 Warm and friendly atmosphere, nice staff happy to have a chat or leave you too it, dedicated menus for diary and gluten free reasonably well priced nice selection of beers and ales. Garden area is a little scruffy but it was early spring so not really used, plenty of heater
A good place to chill. If you're looking for a resort place to have good home-cooked food. This is the place to be.
Fabulous Sunday roast, the best ever potatoes, lovely friendly pub.
