This is a 5 star mcdonalds. That's a 2 star anywhere else but as mcdonalds go this one is great. Very clean, quick, fresh etc. Still serves mcdonalds food but you really can't fault them for that. For that I fault myself because I keep eating it.
Probably the cleanest McDonald's restaurant ever. Very friendly and helpful staff. Food always hot. Tried the plant burger (I'm not vegan or veggie) and it was lovely. Very tasty. Decent car park with a larger one next to it to accommodate the supermarket and other shops on the park.
Never had a bad experience at this McDonald’s! Food is always hot and delivered quickly even when busy. Staff are very friendly.
A new(ish) place so still looking fresh and clean. In fact there was a lady doing a deep clean of the place on new years eve when we were there. The place was only let down by the amout of random children who all seemed about 9 or 10 years old using the place as a meeting point taking up space and

Had to travel here from Hexham but THIS McDonalds carries the entire menu unlike the Hexham franchise. Clean polite professional with a full menu.
The staff were friendly and greeted us on the way in and out. Food was delicious and very filling. One of the best McDonald's I've been to.
The staff here are exceptionally helpful - which is great as the app normally doesn't want to work! Food was prepared swiftly and presented neatly not just slapped together. Hope they continue the high standards as it really sets them apart from a normal McDonalds

Very nice McDonald’s but the melons in the melon bag tasted like suncream. I only wanted them so I would get more points on the maccys app.do not buy the melon bag. Also there was snake in the toilet and when I had poo it bit my Bum.
