Took the family here on Sunday for my birthday and we all thoroughly enjoyed it. Food was amazing and staff were brilliant. My daughter is vegetarian and wanted a Sunday lunch but unfortunately they had no vegetarian sausages left, the chef went above and beyond and made her some so she wasn’t missing part of her dinner even though she said it was ok she would just have the veg… you won’t find many places that go to that effort these days. Staff were extremely busy the whole time but kept a very professional and friendly manner for the full service.
Gorgeous Sunday lunch as always. Great staff and service too, nothings a problem to them. Generous portions and fantastic choice if you dont want a roast but I'd highly recommend them. 😋😋 Dog friendly which is always a bonus. Dont visit without trying the salted caramel icecream cheesecake its devine!!
Staff are hard working, kind well mannered and attentive. Second time visiting, food tastes great. Prices are reasonable. Dogs welcome!
We were a table of 17 who pre-booked for a holiday, we arrived on a rainy Tuesday evening and were served by two polite young lads who were very efficient! The food was lovely, great portion sizes and very tasty. Overall a lovely experience!

Stopped off for refreshments on a bike ride with friends. Staff are really friendly, it's a lovely pub with beer garden and play area. Plenty of parking.

Called in today without reservations,(3 adults & 3 children) & were greeted by the very friendly staff & shown to a table. Pub was very busy (Sunday lunch) but nothing was too much trouble. Had an amazing roast beef lunch, stuffed to the rafters, absolutely 5*!
Beautiful pub. Great staff. Lovely food. Really impressed. There was 10 of us amd service was great. Was so nice gonna go back and try a Sunday dinner there at the weekend.
We turned up without a booking and a kids party was just getting started,the noise was ear piercing and credit to the staff they quickly identified this and reseated us in a quieter area even before we asked which we were happy about.
I opted for the Adam burger with double cooked chips,it didn't take long and i have to say it was one of the nicest burgers ive ever had,my partner and daughter also commented on how nice their food was as well,we'll definitly be going back.
