Amazing little historic public house, which just oozes history. Recently reopen under new management.

Very nice pub with ample parking outback. Jordan that delt with us was amazing he couldn't of been more accommodating as we had a 3 Yr old and a 4 week old. The burgers are amazing we will be back to sample a Sunday roast.

Came with my friends the other day for some drinks, end up eating chicken schnitzel burger which was tasty, nice music and friendly staff, we end up staying till they closed. I will be back for some live music
Nice vibe in this place. Rustic environment with plenty of comfortable seating indoors and outdoors.

So excited that this pub has new management. The food is seriously good- I’ve been back to try and the burger and the pie and they’re both some of the best I’ve had. Would thoroughly recommend. Perfect location to do a pub walk to too.
Thursday live music at the @risboroughgeorgeanddragon is always fun and I really love seeing people enjoying themselves, singing along and dancing! So glad George and Dragon is doing something for the local community and I here there will be more events to come!

Hands down the best pub burger I have ever had. Staff lovely and free pint with the burger! Can't believe we have not been before but defo will return.
Yummy once again! 3rd visit in 3 weeks. The new owners have been really clever and kept the takeaway menu simple. Simple but tasty and good value!
