Chloe G was excellent. Service was quick and with a smile.
Was ordering coffee and wanted to take away but there were no take away cups. The staff then went and checked back etc but still didn't have any. No feedback in terms of service here as they did what the could. Lack of stock more managment or head office issue as they did not have any beer or cider on draught either. Shame as the service/bar staff were lovely and couldn't be more helpful.
Was served by Taylor today before our flight and she couldn't have been more attentive. The bar/restaurant were short staffed but she made sure everything ran smoothly. Service with a smile!
Poor show. No draft beer plane delayed an hour to increase sales on bottled beer. Janice was absolutely amazing. Super star. Deserves as pay rise
Served by Brianna, Maureen and Janice while waiting for my flight, Brilliant service as always. Food was decent and brought out by Ross super quickly. Love flying from Prestwick as the staff are amaze!

Wee lassie on bar Breagh , lovely polite good at her job , a bit peeved there was no draught beer but hey ho a few bottles was not too bad for a substitute,
Was served great food, but the customer service given is really what made this place shine, was served by a very considerate waitress Kate who went the extra mile to ensure I hade a wonderful experience. Will definitely come again next time I fly from Prestwick.
