14/08/23: disappointing lunch today. Ordered on UberEats. No peas available to order. Had pudding chips & gravy. Looked like a half portion of chips and everything was just warm. 01/06/23: Sausage, chips, peas & gravy! Delicious, good sized portion!

Fantastic fish and chips. Almost always have a great meal from here. Some of the staff can be a bit short with you; I ordered an extra curry sauce after receiving the order and the person serving me pulled a face. I also got a bit of attitude when asking for a bag - they didn't offer one initially

We haven't bought anything from here for a VERY long time as it wasn't that great the last time we ordered so i'm not sure after reading other reviews if we were really lucky this time as we ordered Fish chips and peas and it was absolutely gorgeous I can't fault it.

I love their extra long fish it is a treat and fried fresh while you wait.

Great food, especially for kids. They also have some great milkshakes to choose from too. The staff are always friendly and even offered to help when another customer was struggling to read from the menu, very lovely! Highly reccomend if you are craving something simple, filling and tasty!

At last found a takeaway that accepts card, last few I went to were cash only. Had a chip barm, was a good portion of chips on it.. Price was very responsible as well..

Vegan review: Got a large portion of chips (very generous) and Chinese curry sauce! With a tea cake (no butter!) Lovely chips, tasty curry, good service. I’d go back!

One of the best fish and chip shops around, and the jumbo cod was excellent, lovely big white flakes of fish 5 star.
