Rufus Bar & Kitchen a lovely little place. My fisrt vist last night with a group of friends on a girly night out, we booked the top floor, which had a warm & relaxing atmosphere, and goid music playing in the background. Excellent food and drink choices, very reasonably priced and really tasty. Staff are welcoming and polite. A nice place to visit on your own or with friends and family. Definitely somewhere I will be visiting again.

Lovely cosy little bar. Friendly staff. Nice decor. I was in a group of 7 who went for a meal. We had a nice table upstairs. The food was fab with generous portions. Would recommend
Had a great meal with my family, staff were very busy, as they’re like many places, struggling to find staff. The food was absolutely amazing and we had a great night. I would definitely recommend the chicken and waffles, the tastiest thing I’ve eaten for a long while. I’m very impressed and the staff were lovely too.
The food is prepared beautifully, the fish & chips have an authentic flavour.
Perfect for small/intimate groups.
Only negative would be to add a couple more chips as portion a little too small.
I have recommended it to my friends as too good to pass up! Looking forward to another visit/another dish.

Great little bar with fantastic friendly staff. Was there for a wedding, and they did everything they could to make the day wonderful for everyone.
Wonderful Sunday lunch and deserts Great prices .They even cater gluten free and vegetarian Sunday lunch for me Thank you to Chief and Staff . My brother and I enjoyed today's filling lunch. Looking forward to Feb 10th their Valentine soul night 😀😎

Lovely cosy bar. Reasonably priced drinks and the staff are very friendly. The food looks good too. Well worth a visit.
Small and compact downstairs, but it also has tables on the first floor.
Serve was efficient and the Royal Eggs were top class. It's hard for chefs to make hollandaise sauce, as it's usually gloopy, but this chef nailed it. Well done. Some prices are high which you'd see in a restaurant as opposed to bar. Recommended.
2nd time around: Tea bags brewing in the cup! I've had that at home, but shouldn't be done at a place like yours.
