Me and my husband visited this fab spot last week which is located right at the heart of Preston and sampled their contemporary European dishes ~
We tried the following:
》Pigeon Breast with roasted baby carrots, sweetcorn puree and parsley crumbs
》Scallops Carpaccio with fried rocket, pomegranate
I came to Twist to celebrate my birthday with friends. The food was absolutely delicious and the atmosphere was lovely. All the staff were friendly and very helpful. The price certainly reflected in the quality, the steak was cooked perfectly. I cannot wait to come back!

Had a lovely lunch and reasonably priced. Service was great. I’ve dropped a star for the atmosphere only because we were the only people in, but it was a late lunch. Will definitely be going back!

Absolutely stunning food! The menu is incredibly well thought out, beautifully balanced flavours, and offering something nowhere else in Preston really does. We'll definitely be returning.
The food was excellent. Tom was brilliant, making us feel welcome. Tried ox cheek as the starter, which I had never had before and duck as the mains. The restaurant was very clean.
Had a lovely meal for my partners birthday! Food was excellent and the service was fantastic. We will be coming back!
