Toll Bar Cottage Cafe - Preston - Photo album

This is the go to place in the village. The food is good with new items just added for lunch, e.g. soup and sandwich or jacket potatoes. The staff are always friendly too. Would highly recommend a visit.
Lovely place we happened upon when passing through. Dog friendly inside and outside seating. Sandwiches yummy. Very friendly and helpful staff. Thank you. X
I visited Toll Bar Cottage Cafe on Saturday with friends. We had a lovely lunch of sandwiches followed by cake, served with tea. It was great to see the inside of this lovely old Cottage and the staff were all very friendly and helpful. We definitely will be visiting again.
Lovely clean cooked breakfast Place is an historic talking point and the lovely friendly staff are willing to share their knowledge well worth a visit just for a brew and a chat
Lovely cute little cafe which is dog friendly. Had a delicious carrot cake with a pot of tea. The staff were super friendly and myself and dog were made to feel very welcome. We will definitely be back 😁
Amazing local community café. They serve amazing food at value for money prices. The atmosphere is relaxing and very welcoming.
Home made vegetable soup, till and butter: delicious and staff very friendly. Altogether nice place just a few yards from Preston Guild Wheel
It’s a very nice place with friendly and helpful staff but I had a rather dry fruit scone last time I was there it was slightly disappointing
Lovely fresh food run by volunteers but you need to check opening hours and bring cash in case card machines not working
What a little find. On the A6 drove passed it lots. But now the new road takes you around. Be aware the cafe closes at 2p.m.
Absolutely fantastic cafe The food is so fresh, tasty and healthy made with good quality produce. Staff cannot do enough to help, so friendly. Don't miss this hidden gem!
Delightful place, friendly, well run, tasty food and super coffee.
Just been for Christmas lunch. Absolutely stunning! (As are the full breakfasts). The food is freshly made and the staff are very attentive & friendly. Love this place. 👍🏻
Nice little cafe. Considering the abundance of staff the service could have been quicker but the food is good. My main complaint is that cafes are meant to serve breakfast and it isn't breakfast if you only open at 10am.
Had a lovely lunch of jacket potato & coffee. Atmosphere was bustling as it was pensioners' specials day. Was lovely to see customers & staff chatting like old friends, everyone seemed to know each other well & it had a nice community feel.
This is the best little place that our village had in a long time. The food is great ,Michelle and her team and all the volunteers that help run the Toll Bar are all amazing. It's a great meeting place for all ages whether you are just strolling through the village or walking your dog everyone is we
The jacket potato’s were to small and they don’t give you a biscuit with your iced coffee.
Lovely bike ride and a stop off at Broughton cafe for a cuppa and toast.
Had an excellent Christmas lunch with great service. My first visit but will certainly be returning. Great value for money and staff lovely.
