Patrick was very kind and efficient. I had a cancelled train and needed to charge my phone and have a stress relieving glass of wine. Was so glad that the Beer House was open so I didn’t have to wait on my own on a Friday night

Nathan & Paddy at the bar were excellent- anticipated my needs before I even asked! For example, I took them up on their 2 for 1 drink offer and Nathan offered to keep my second drink cold for me until I was ready for it. Great customer service!

Stopped I whilst waiting for train had 24 mins to waste. Was served buy an employee called Nathan the lad was very polite quick to get through the que he had in front of him and directed me to a suitable place to sit so I could charge my phone whilst waiting. Can't ask for anything more than that.

I have had wonderful service I was travelling through today and had a beer service by Nathan who was so kind a friendly! I’ve also been served by Vic and Patrick and have had nothing but brilliant service here!! Will always stop for a pint when at the station !!
